【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣是農(nóng)業(yè)科技實際應(yīng)用的過程,是轉(zhuǎn)化農(nóng)業(yè)科技的手段。農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)的推廣實施直接影響農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展和農(nóng)民的效益。發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)需要依靠農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)的推廣。弄清楚湖南澧縣農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣體系中存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的對策,一定程度上有助于促進農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果與農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的緊密結(jié)合,促進農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展。農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣是雙向的,是靠農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣人員和接受農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣的農(nóng)民互相學(xué)習(xí)共同提高的行為。農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣不僅可以推動農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,還能提高農(nóng)民的農(nóng)業(yè)科技知識,更可以改善農(nóng)民生活。本文通過對湖南澧縣農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實情況進行了調(diào)查,分析了澧縣的農(nóng)業(yè)推廣的現(xiàn)狀,從現(xiàn)狀中總結(jié)了澧縣現(xiàn)階段仍然存在的一些實際問題,如缺乏專業(yè)人才,管理存在缺陷,推廣資金沒有保障等等。最后結(jié)合碩士期間所學(xué)的知識,根據(jù)澧縣的實際情況提出了完善澧縣農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣體系的意見和建議。希望可以有利于相關(guān)部門人員認(rèn)清現(xiàn)實,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,發(fā)揚優(yōu)勢,完善不足之處,促進澧縣現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)更進一步的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Agricultural science and technology extension is the practical application of agricultural science and technology process, is a means of transforming agricultural science and technology. The extension of agricultural science and technology directly affects the development of agriculture and the benefit of farmers. The development of modern agriculture needs to rely on the popularization of agricultural science and technology. To make clear the existing problems in agricultural science and technology extension system in Lixian County Hunan Province and put forward corresponding countermeasures to some extent will help to promote the close combination of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and agricultural production and promote the development of agricultural productive forces. The extension of agricultural science and technology is bidirectional and depends on the mutual improvement of agricultural science and technology extension personnel and farmers receiving agricultural science and technology extension. Extension of agricultural science and technology can not only promote the development of rural economy, but also improve farmers' knowledge of agricultural science and technology. Based on the investigation of the reality of agriculture in Lixian County, Hunan Province, this paper analyzes the present situation of agricultural extension in Lixian County, and summarizes some practical problems in Lixian County, such as the lack of professional talents and the defects in management. The promotion fund does not have the safeguard and so on. Finally, according to the actual situation of Lixian County, the author puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on how to perfect the agricultural science and technology extension system of Lixian County in combination with the knowledge learned during the master's degree. It is hoped that it will be helpful for the relevant department personnel to recognize the reality, sum up the experience, carry forward the advantages, perfect the shortcomings, and promote the further development of modern agriculture in Lixian County.
