【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化越來越深入的趨勢下,在我國對外開放不斷深化的背景下,任何一個企業(yè)要獲得發(fā)展,必須把自己推向國際化的環(huán)境中。北大荒集團盡管在國內(nèi)是農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè),但如果不能更好地融入國際市場,那么要取得更大的發(fā)展幾乎是不可能的。這意味著北大荒集團的國際化無法回避。本文從北大荒集團的投資環(huán)境、國際經(jīng)貿(mào)環(huán)境、合作環(huán)境三個層面分析了其國際化戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,進一步通過分析集團國際化面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,明確了集團面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),也認清了集團具有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了北大荒集團拓展國際化戰(zhàn)略的目標和重點,以及為此需要進行的戰(zhàn)略實施和保障的措施。提出這樣一個戰(zhàn)略,不僅可以為北大荒集團國際化提供一個戰(zhàn)略選擇的方向,也可以為其他相關(guān)企業(yè)實施國際化戰(zhàn)略提供一些啟示。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of economic globalization and the deepening of our country's opening to the outside world, any enterprise must push itself into an international environment in order to develop. Although the Beidahuang Group is a leading agricultural enterprise at home, it is almost impossible to achieve greater development if it is not better integrated into the international market. This means that the internationalization of the Beidahuang Group cannot be avoided. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the international strategy of Beidahuang Group from three aspects of investment environment, international economic and trade environment and cooperation environment, and further analyzes the internal and external environment facing the group's internationalization. The opportunities and challenges faced by the group are clearly defined, and the advantages and disadvantages of the group are also recognized. On this basis, the paper puts forward the objectives and emphases of the strategy of expanding internationalization of Beidahuang Group, as well as the measures needed to implement and guarantee the strategy. Putting forward such a strategy can not only provide a strategic choice for the internationalization of Beidahuang Group, but also provide some enlightenment for other related enterprises to implement the internationalization strategy.
