【摘要】：本文以乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化過(guò)程中龍頭企業(yè)與奶牛養(yǎng)殖者之間的利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制問(wèn)題為中心,以呼和浩特市為研究對(duì)象,從理論與實(shí)踐兩個(gè)角度出發(fā),深入探討了龍頭企業(yè)與奶牛養(yǎng)殖者之間利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制中存在的問(wèn)題,并通過(guò)博弈理論分析更加明確龍頭企業(yè)與奶牛養(yǎng)殖者之間利益分配不均的原因,龍頭企業(yè)與奶牛養(yǎng)殖者大市場(chǎng)與小農(nóng)戶之間的利益分配不均衡,是造成奶牛養(yǎng)殖者收入低下,城鄉(xiāng)收入差距拉大主要原因。同時(shí),針對(duì)龍頭企業(yè)與奶牛養(yǎng)殖者利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制存在的問(wèn)題,提出構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān)、利益共享的新型利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制以促進(jìn)乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,提高奶牛養(yǎng)殖者的積極性,增加農(nóng)牧民的收入,逐漸縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距,促進(jìn)龍頭企業(yè)壯大發(fā)展。現(xiàn)階段,呼和浩特市龍頭企業(yè)與奶牛養(yǎng)殖者的組織合作模式主要有“龍頭企業(yè)+奶站+奶戶”、“龍頭企業(yè)+奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)+奶戶”及“龍頭企業(yè)+規(guī)模牧場(chǎng)”的模式。目前,奶牛養(yǎng)殖者與龍頭企業(yè)的合作模式多屬“龍頭企業(yè)+奶牛養(yǎng)殖小區(qū)+奶戶”的模式,同時(shí),奶牛養(yǎng)殖者逐漸向規(guī)�；�、科學(xué)化的規(guī)模養(yǎng)殖過(guò)渡發(fā)展。如何保障奶牛養(yǎng)殖者的收入及乳業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的健康有序發(fā)展,龍頭企業(yè)與奶牛養(yǎng)殖者之間的利益聯(lián)結(jié)、分配機(jī)制至關(guān)重要,因此,本文以龍頭企業(yè)與奶牛養(yǎng)殖者之間的利益機(jī)制為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)現(xiàn)階段呼和浩特乳業(yè)發(fā)展中存在利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入剖析,找出制約利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制的根本因素,并構(gòu)建新型的利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制,以期提高呼和浩特市農(nóng)牧民的收入,縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距,其具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the interest linking mechanism between the leading enterprises and the dairy cattle breeders in the process of dairy industrialization, taking Hohhot City as the research object, starting from the two angles of theory and practice. The problems existing in the mechanism of interest association between leading enterprises and dairy cattle breeders are discussed in depth, and the reasons for the uneven distribution of benefits between leading enterprises and dairy cattle breeders are further clarified through game theory analysis. The imbalance of benefit distribution between leading enterprises and large market and small farmers is the main reason for low income and widening income gap between urban and rural areas. At the same time, aiming at the problems existing in the interest association mechanism between the leading enterprises and the dairy cattle breeders, this paper puts forward a new interest association mechanism of sharing risks and interests in order to promote the further development of the dairy industry industrialization and to improve the enthusiasm of the dairy breeders. Increase the income of farmers and herdsmen, gradually narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, and promote the growth and development of leading enterprises. At present, the organization and cooperation mode between leading enterprises and dairy cattle breeders in Hohhot mainly include "dairy households of leading enterprises", "dairy households of dairy cattle breeding areas of leading enterprises" and "scale ranches of leading enterprises". At present, the cooperative mode between dairy cow breeders and leading enterprises belongs to the mode of "dairy households in dairy cattle breeding areas of leading enterprises". At the same time, the dairy breeders are gradually developing to scale and scientific scale breeding. How to ensure the income of dairy cattle breeders and the healthy and orderly development of dairy industry industrialization, the interests of leading enterprises and dairy cattle farmers, the distribution mechanism is very important, therefore, Based on the benefit mechanism between the leading enterprises and the dairy breeders, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems existing in the development of Huhhot dairy industry at the present stage, and finds out the basic factors restricting the interest coupling mechanism. In order to improve the income of farmers and herdsmen in Hohhot and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, it is of great significance.
