【摘要】：以馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)社會(huì)再生產(chǎn)理論視角分析我國改革開放以來貧困和減貧的歷史變遷。以國家貧困線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審視,改革開放以來,我國貧困及其減貧演變推進(jìn),實(shí)際上就可理解為從單一經(jīng)濟(jì)收入貧困的簡(jiǎn)單再生產(chǎn),擴(kuò)大到除了考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)收入以外,還包括公共服務(wù)、社會(huì)福利、公民權(quán)利等多維綜合因素的擴(kuò)大再生產(chǎn)視角。而立足國內(nèi)減貧發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),將貧困及減貧問題置于國際視野之下,從全球更大范圍思考及應(yīng)對(duì)貧困難題,則是中國大國責(zé)任在減貧領(lǐng)域的重要體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the historical changes of poverty and poverty reduction in China from the perspective of Marxist political economy social reproduction theory. Looking at the standard of national poverty line, since the reform and opening up, poverty in China and its poverty reduction have evolved and advanced. In fact, it can be understood as a simple reproduction of poverty with a single economic income, to include public services in addition to considering economic income. Social welfare, civil rights and other multidimensional comprehensive factors to expand reproduction perspective. Based on the development situation of poverty reduction in China, the problem of poverty reduction and poverty reduction is put under the international perspective, and the problem of poverty reduction is considered and dealt with on a larger scale in the world, which is an important embodiment of the responsibility of China's great powers in the field of poverty reduction.
