【摘要】：農(nóng)戶在農(nóng)地確權(quán)后并不必然進行農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn),這與產(chǎn)權(quán)理論和政策預(yù)期存在明顯差距。文章構(gòu)建了"農(nóng)地確權(quán)-資產(chǎn)專用性-農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)"的理論框架揭示其內(nèi)在機理,并采用2015年吉林省9市1444個樣本農(nóng)戶進行實證分析。結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)地確權(quán)本身顯著促進農(nóng)戶轉(zhuǎn)出農(nóng)地;農(nóng)地確權(quán)強化了資產(chǎn)專用性,進而抑制農(nóng)戶轉(zhuǎn)出農(nóng)地;農(nóng)業(yè)資產(chǎn)、人力資本、土地資產(chǎn)專用性和土地依附程度顯著抑制農(nóng)地轉(zhuǎn)出,而社會資本專用性則存在顯著的促進作用。
[Abstract]:It is not necessary for farmers to transfer farmland after confirming the right of farmland, which is obviously different from the theory of property right and the expectation of policy. In this paper, the theoretical framework of "farmland confirmation right-property specificity-farmland circulation" is constructed to reveal its internal mechanism, and the empirical analysis is carried out by 1444 sample farmers in 9 cities of Jilin Province in 2015. The results show that the right of farmland ownership can significantly promote the transfer of farm households out of agricultural land, the right to confirm farmland strengthens the specificity of assets, and then restrains the transfer of farmers from agricultural land, agricultural assets, human capital, agricultural assets, and human capital, Land asset specificity and land dependence significantly inhibit the transfer of agricultural land, while social capital specificity has a significant role in promoting.
