【摘要】：構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體系是深入推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革、加快培育農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展新動(dòng)能、發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵。構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體系是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,在此過程中,必須正確處理好八大關(guān)系:現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)與家庭承包經(jīng)營(yíng)的關(guān)系,現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體系與現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系的關(guān)系,現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體系"四化"特征之間的關(guān)系,現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體系中各經(jīng)營(yíng)主體間的關(guān)系,新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體與新型農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)化服務(wù)體系的關(guān)系,農(nóng)業(yè)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)的平衡關(guān)系,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移與現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)人才短缺的關(guān)系,現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)體系構(gòu)建過程中政府與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Constructing the modern agricultural management system is the key to further promote the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture, accelerate the cultivation of the new kinetic energy of agricultural rural development and develop modern agriculture.The construction of modern agricultural management system is a long-term complex system engineering. In this process, we must correctly handle the eight relations: the relationship between modern agricultural management and household contract management, the modern agricultural management system and modern agricultural industrial system.The relationship between the modern agricultural production system, the characteristics of the "four modernizations" in the modern agricultural management system, the relationship between the various management subjects in the modern agricultural management system, the relationship between the new-type agricultural management subjects and the new-type agricultural socialized service system,The equilibrium relationship between static and dynamic management of moderate scale of agriculture promotes the relationship between the transfer of agricultural labor force and the shortage of modern agricultural talents and the relationship between the government and the market in the course of constructing the modern agricultural management system.
