【摘要】：蔬菜產業(yè)是農業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要組成部分,也與人們的日常飲食密切相關。目前隨著經濟的增長和人們收入水平的提高,更加注重食品的安全與品質。所以蔬菜產業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展,不僅有助于提高農民收入、推動農村經濟發(fā)展,也為市場對蔬菜的有效需求提供了保障,滿足消費者的合理需求。如今,蔬菜產業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展還不夠完善,各個環(huán)節(jié)間的關聯度較低,每個環(huán)節(jié)都存在自身發(fā)展的缺陷,造成蔬菜產業(yè)整體發(fā)展緩慢,有許多弊端需要解決,因此,要對蔬菜產業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展進行規(guī)劃設計。本文的主要研究內容共分為六章:第一章是導論,主要闡述了吉林省蔬菜產業(yè)鏈發(fā)展問題研究的立題依據、國內外研究現狀、主要研究內容、研究方法及研究創(chuàng)新點、研究技術路線;第二章是概念界定與理論基礎,主要對蔬菜產業(yè)鏈、冷鏈物流等進行概念界定,對規(guī)模經濟理論、比較優(yōu)勢理論、木桶理論等基礎理論進行闡述;第三章是吉林省蔬菜產業(yè)鏈發(fā)展現狀及存在問題,主要介紹吉林省蔬菜產業(yè)的生產、流通、銷售以及組織形式的發(fā)展現狀,并根據現狀提出蔬菜產業(yè)鏈在發(fā)展中存在的問題,為蔬菜產業(yè)鏈的設計與構建提供切入點;第四章是吉林省蔬菜產業(yè)鏈的設計,主要從生產環(huán)節(jié)、流通環(huán)節(jié)、銷售環(huán)節(jié)、運行機制四個方面,有針對性地設計構建吉林省蔬菜產業(yè)鏈;第五章是針對推動吉林省蔬菜產業(yè)鏈良性發(fā)展的對策與建議,為實現蔬菜產業(yè)鏈有序運行提出可行性建議,確保產業(yè)鏈能夠高效、有序的運行。第七章是結論,得出全文的主要結論。本文的研究結論:第一,目前,吉林省蔬菜產業(yè)存在一系列問題,主要體現在以下方面:基礎設施不完善,產業(yè)化程度低;食品安全意識不強,地域特色不明顯;市場規(guī)劃不合理,質量監(jiān)管體系不健全;信息不對稱。第二,對吉林省的蔬菜產業(yè)鏈發(fā)展具體環(huán)節(jié)進行了規(guī)劃設計。第三,吉林省應該采取以下對策推進蔬菜產業(yè)化發(fā)展,即政府發(fā)揮導向作用,加大扶持力度;提高資金籌措能力,完善利益分配機制;充分發(fā)揮地緣優(yōu)勢,推動品牌建設;加大農業(yè)科技推廣力度,完善農民培訓機制。
[Abstract]:Vegetable industry is an important part of agricultural development, and is closely related to people's daily diet. At present, with the growth of economy and the improvement of people's income level. More attention to food safety and quality. Therefore, the development of vegetable industry chain, not only help to improve farmers' income, promote rural economic development, but also provide a guarantee for the effective market demand for vegetables. To meet the reasonable needs of consumers. Nowadays, the development of the vegetable industry chain is not perfect, the correlation between each link is low, each link has its own defects, resulting in the slow development of the vegetable industry as a whole. There are many drawbacks to be solved, therefore, to the development of the vegetable industry chain planning and design. The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is an introduction. This paper mainly expounds the basis of the research on the development of the vegetable industry chain in Jilin Province, the present research situation at home and abroad, the main research contents, the research methods and the research innovation points, and the research technical route; The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis, mainly to the vegetable industry chain, cold chain logistics concept definition, the scale economy theory, comparative advantage theory, barrel theory and other basic theories are expounded; The third chapter is the status quo and existing problems of the vegetable industry chain in Jilin Province. It mainly introduces the production, circulation, sales and organization of the vegetable industry in Jilin Province. According to the present situation, the problems existing in the development of vegetable industrial chain are put forward, which provides a breakthrough point for the design and construction of vegetable industrial chain. Chapter 4th is the design of Jilin Province vegetable industry chain, mainly from the production link, circulation link, sales link, operating mechanism four aspects, targeted design and construction of Jilin Province vegetable industry chain; Chapter 5th is the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of the vegetable industry chain in Jilin Province. The conclusion of Chapter 7th is that it is feasible to realize the orderly operation of the vegetable industrial chain and to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the industrial chain. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, there are a series of problems in the vegetable industry of Jilin Province at present, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the infrastructure is not perfect, the degree of industrialization is low; Food safety awareness is not strong, regional characteristics are not obvious; Unreasonable market planning and imperfect quality supervision system; Information asymmetry. Second, the development of the vegetable industry chain in Jilin Province, planning and design of specific links. Third, Jilin Province should take the following measures to promote the development of vegetable industrialization, that is, the government to play a guiding role. Increase support; Improving the ability of raising funds and perfecting the mechanism of benefit distribution; Give full play to geographical advantages and promote brand building; Increase agricultural science and technology extension dynamics, perfect farmer training mechanism.
