【摘要】：正改革開放以來,我國居民的膳食結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了巨大變化,如主糧消費顯著減少,肉奶蛋消費迅速增加.30年來,我國居民年人均口糧消費減少了47%,而動物性食品消費增加了160%;伴隨而來的是在糧食消費結(jié)構(gòu)中,居民口糧占比逐年下降,而飼料用糧消耗逐年增多,2012年飼料糧占我國糧食總產(chǎn)量的40%[1,2].這意味著,我國"糧食安全"的本質(zhì)已演化成飼料糧的不足.然而,我國農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和生產(chǎn)方式并未適應(yīng)這一變化,政府依然強化口糧生產(chǎn),而忽視動物飼料糧的供應(yīng)問題.
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the dietary structure of Chinese residents has undergone great changes, such as the consumption of staple grain decreased significantly, the consumption of meat, milk and eggs increased rapidly. In the past 30 years, the annual per capita food consumption of Chinese residents has decreased by 47%. The consumption of animal food increased by 160. Accompanied by the food consumption structure, the proportion of food rations of residents decreased year by year, and the consumption of food for feed increased year by year. In 2012, feed grain accounted for 40% of the total grain output in China. [This means that the essence of "food security" in China has evolved into a shortage of fodder grain. However, the agricultural structure and mode of production of our country have not adapted to this change, and the government is still intensifying the production of rations. While ignoring the supply of animal feed food.
