【摘要】：正一、引言對(duì)于任何一個(gè)現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)體而言,物流業(yè)的發(fā)展水平不僅僅關(guān)系到整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的成本的高低,還直接關(guān)乎該國(guó)企業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,在國(guó)際上早已將一個(gè)國(guó)家的物流發(fā)展水平作為衡量該國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和綜合國(guó)力的重要指標(biāo)。就我國(guó)而言,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中采取的是工業(yè)優(yōu)先發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,物流業(yè)的發(fā)展仍處于起步階段,不僅沒有在國(guó)際上具有一定的影響力的現(xiàn)代物流公司,并且對(duì)物流企業(yè)管理的理論研究落后,在物流規(guī)劃、物
