【摘要】：隨著低空領(lǐng)域管制的全面開放，中國通用航空行業(yè)將迎來快速發(fā)展期，長久以來，通航市場的需求被壓制著，市場規(guī)模遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于通用航空行業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的國家，一旦市場需求快速增加，整個(gè)通航產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈皆存在發(fā)展機(jī)遇，同時(shí)，通用航空行業(yè)多數(shù)屬于資金和技術(shù)密集型的行業(yè)，需要大量資本注入。在此背景下，細(xì)分行業(yè)并歸納總結(jié)其可利用的資本來源成為一個(gè)迫切的需要。 本文首先分析了各項(xiàng)國家行業(yè)政策利好，以此為契機(jī)，西南地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的發(fā)展快速增長，文章對現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對我國通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行了市場細(xì)分和發(fā)展趨勢預(yù)測，并預(yù)測了其進(jìn)程。結(jié)果表明，在政策利好、低空領(lǐng)域逐步放開，行業(yè)法律法規(guī)逐步完善的大環(huán)境下，橫向?qū)Ρ雀魍ㄓ煤娇瞻l(fā)達(dá)的國家，得出了中國通用航空具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景，市場規(guī)模巨大的結(jié)論，并估算了各細(xì)分行業(yè)的市場規(guī)模。 根據(jù)不同發(fā)展階段，，總結(jié)預(yù)測了通用航空行業(yè)的三個(gè)發(fā)展階段；根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)類型不同和發(fā)展進(jìn)程把細(xì)分行業(yè)分為四個(gè)主要業(yè)態(tài)，即基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及配套服務(wù)業(yè)、制造業(yè)及銷售、服務(wù)業(yè)和關(guān)聯(lián)行業(yè)；綜合產(chǎn)業(yè)類型和階段發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，歸納總結(jié)了各細(xì)分行業(yè)對投資需求的特點(diǎn)。 細(xì)分行業(yè)對投資需求的不同，根據(jù)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的投資特點(diǎn)，在分析各方對投資對接方式影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了細(xì)分行業(yè)適宜的投資機(jī)構(gòu)類型、投資期限、投資階段、總體風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、總體可行性等。結(jié)果表明，多數(shù)細(xì)分行業(yè)皆有廣泛的投資模式可選，部分行業(yè)有其特殊的資金需求，對接模式多樣，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資在西南地區(qū)通用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域大有可為。 另外，為更準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測行業(yè)發(fā)展，對行業(yè)發(fā)展的障礙進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并分析了各種障礙的消除機(jī)制和時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:With the full opening of low-altitude regulation, China's general aviation industry will usher in a period of rapid development. For a long time, the demand of the air traffic market has been suppressed, and the market scale is far lower than that of the developed countries in the general aviation industry. Once the market demand increases rapidly, there are opportunities for development in the entire shipping industry chain. At the same time, most of the general aviation industry is capital and technology-intensive industries, requiring a large amount of capital injection. In this context, it is an urgent need to subdivide the industry and sum up the available capital sources. This paper first analyzes the positive effects of various national industrial policies, taking this as an opportunity, the development of infrastructure in Southwest China grows rapidly, and the present situation is analyzed. On this basis, the market segmentation and development trend of China's general aviation industry chain are forecasted, and its process is forecasted. The results show that under the circumstances of favorable policies, gradual liberalization of the low-altitude field, and gradual improvement of laws and regulations of the industry, and in a horizontal comparison of the developed countries of general aviation, it is concluded that China General Aviation has broad prospects for development. The conclusion that the market scale is huge, and estimated the market scale of each subdivision industry. According to different stages of development, three stages of development of general aviation industry are summarized and predicted. According to the different industry types and development process, the subdivision industries are divided into four main types, namely, infrastructure and supporting services, manufacturing and sales. Service industry and related industry, comprehensive industry types and stages of development characteristics, summarized the characteristics of investment demand of each subdivision industry. According to the investment characteristics of investment institutions, on the basis of analyzing the influence factors of investment docking mode, this paper puts forward the appropriate investment institution type, investment period, investment stage, and so on. Overall risk, overall feasibility, etc. The results show that most of the subdivision industries have a wide range of investment models, some industries have their special capital needs, the docking mode is diverse, and venture capital has great potential in the field of general aviation industry in Southwest China. In addition, in order to predict the development of the industry more accurately, the obstacles to the development of the industry are summarized, and the mechanism and time of removing the obstacles are analyzed.
