長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶省際貿(mào)易的源匯地效應(yīng)研究——基于鐵路貨運(yùn)視角

【摘要】:文章基于2000-2015年長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶11省市鐵路貨運(yùn)面板數(shù)據(jù),將貨物發(fā)送省份列為源地,貨物到達(dá)省份列為匯地,借助考慮了省份異質(zhì)性特征的三維引力模型實(shí)證研究長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶省際貿(mào)易的源地和匯地效應(yīng)的大小及貿(mào)易狀態(tài)。通過(guò)控制實(shí)際人均GDP、地理距離、經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模相似性、地方保護(hù)、地理鄰近和國(guó)際貿(mào)易的替代效應(yīng)等因素,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶源地與匯地效應(yīng)整體上自東向西均不斷增大,且匯地效應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)高于源地效應(yīng);長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶省際貿(mào)易表現(xiàn)出明顯的產(chǎn)業(yè)間貿(mào)易,其互動(dòng)性和協(xié)調(diào)性不明顯,東中西經(jīng)濟(jì)板塊內(nèi)的省際貿(mào)易仍具備較大的貿(mào)易潛力。因此,東部省市應(yīng)優(yōu)化出口結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)陸省市積極吸收東部產(chǎn)出,加強(qiáng)鐵路設(shè)施建設(shè),推動(dòng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)法規(guī)建設(shè)和地方政府簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)。
[Abstract]:Based on the railway freight panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2000 to 2015, this paper lists the sending provinces as the source areas and the goods arriving in the provinces as the sink places. An empirical study on the source and sink effects of inter-provincial trade in the Yangtze River economic belt is made by using a three-dimensional gravity model considering the heterogeneity of provinces. By controlling the actual per capita GDP, geographical distance, economic scale similarity, local protection, geographical proximity and substitution effects of international trade, the study found that the source and sink effects of the Yangtze River economic belt as a whole are increasing from east to west. The interprovincial trade of the Yangtze River economic belt shows obvious inter-industry trade, its interaction and coordination is not obvious, and the inter-provincial trade within the East, West and West economic plates still has great trade potential. Therefore, the eastern provinces and cities should optimize the export structure, the inland provinces and cities should actively absorb the eastern output, strengthen the construction of railway facilities, promote the construction of market economy laws and regulations and the local government to delegate power.
