【摘要】：黨的十六大以來，胡錦濤同志從我國的基本國情和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的客觀現(xiàn)實出發(fā)，堅持三代中央領導集體一貫重視農業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略思想，在繼承馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家農業(yè)發(fā)展思想的基礎上，結合我國農業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的具體問題，提出了一些關于解決農業(yè)發(fā)展問題的新思想、新觀點和新論斷，形成了富有特色的農業(yè)發(fā)展思想。在這些思想的指導下，黨中央連續(xù)發(fā)布多個中央一號涉農文件，出臺一系列惠農強農富農的政策措施，為我國農業(yè)發(fā)展注入強勁的動力。本文對胡錦濤同志在任十年期間一系列關于農業(yè)發(fā)展問題的講話及論述進行梳理，力求對胡錦濤農業(yè)發(fā)展思想進行較為全面地分析和總結，，以使我們對黨在解決農業(yè)發(fā)展問題上的思路有一個初步把握和正確認識。文章共分為五個部分： 第一部分是緒論。主要闡述選題的背景及意義、相關文獻綜述、研究的思路與方法以及對相關概念進行界定。 第二部分是胡錦濤農業(yè)發(fā)展思想的形成。主要分析胡錦濤農業(yè)發(fā)展思想形成的理論基礎和現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。 第三部分是胡錦濤農業(yè)發(fā)展思想的主要內容。這是本文的重點。全面考察胡錦濤同志在任十年期間關于農業(yè)發(fā)展問題的一系列講話及論述，黨中央出臺的一系列政策、方針和文件，從農業(yè)發(fā)展的地位、主體、動力、途徑和方向五個方面來梳理和歸納胡錦濤農業(yè)發(fā)展思想的主要內容。 第四部分是胡錦濤農業(yè)發(fā)展思想的基本特點。在對其主要內容分析研究的基礎上，概括出高度的全局意識、辯證的發(fā)展思路、務實的理論風格和人民的價值取向四個方面的基本特點，并對每一特點進行詳細分析，力求翔實鮮明。 第五部分是胡錦濤農業(yè)發(fā)展思想的當代價值與現(xiàn)實啟示。從理論與實踐兩個角度考察胡錦濤農業(yè)發(fā)展思想的當代價值，從中得出三個方面的現(xiàn)實啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Comrade Hu Jintao, proceeding from the basic national conditions of our country and the objective reality of economic and social development, has adhered to the strategic thinking that three generations of central leading collectives have consistently attached importance to agricultural development. On the basis of inheriting the agricultural development thought of the classical Marxist writer and combining with the concrete problems facing the agricultural development of our country, this paper puts forward some new ideas, new viewpoints and new conclusions on solving the problems of agricultural development. Formed rich characteristic agriculture development thought. Under the guidance of these thoughts, the Party Central Committee has issued several documents concerning agriculture, issued a series of policies and measures to benefit farmers and strengthen the peasants and rich peasants, and injected a strong impetus into the agricultural development of our country. This paper combs a series of speeches and expositions on agricultural development of Comrade Hu Jintao during his ten years in office, and tries to make a more comprehensive analysis and summary of Hu Jintao's thoughts on agricultural development. In order to enable us to solve the problem of agricultural development in the Party's thinking has a preliminary grasp and correct understanding. The article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. This paper mainly describes the background and significance of the topic, literature review, research ideas and methods, as well as the definition of related concepts. The second part is the formation of Hu Jintao agricultural development thought. This paper mainly analyzes the theoretical basis and practical basis of the formation of Hu Jintao agricultural development thought. The third part is the main content of Hu Jintao agricultural development thought. This is the focus of this paper. A comprehensive review of a series of speeches and expositions on agricultural development made by Comrade Hu Jintao during his term of office, a series of policies, principles and documents issued by the CPC Central Committee, from the position, subject and motive force of agricultural development, Approach and direction of five aspects to comb and summarize the main content of Hu Jintao agricultural development thought. The fourth part is the basic characteristic of Hu Jintao agricultural development thought. On the basis of the analysis and study of its main contents, this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of four aspects, such as high overall consciousness, dialectical development thinking, pragmatic theoretical style and people's value orientation, and analyzes each characteristic in detail. Try to be full and vivid. The fifth part is the contemporary value and realistic enlightenment of Hu Jintao agricultural development thought. This paper investigates the contemporary value of Hu Jintao's agricultural development thought from the angle of theory and practice, and draws three realistic enlightenment from the view of theory and practice.
