【摘要】：隨著知識經(jīng)濟的不斷演進和信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展，國際競爭力成為決定競爭勝負的根本力量。科學技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力這一觀念早已深入人心，而技術(shù)創(chuàng)新正是實現(xiàn)由無形的技術(shù)向現(xiàn)實生產(chǎn)力轉(zhuǎn)化過程中強有力的轉(zhuǎn)換器，，更是提高產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力、保持國家競爭優(yōu)勢的根本途徑，是推進產(chǎn)業(yè)升級，實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的必然選擇。正是由于這一神奇的作用，才使得相關(guān)的理論研究和實踐在全球范圍內(nèi)得到了越來越多的重視。 本文立足于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的角度展開對產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的研究，旨在解決以下幾個問題：第一，為什么要從產(chǎn)業(yè)這一層次來進行競爭力研究?技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)究竟是什么?第二，如何從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新角度建立一個系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的評價指標體系?第三，如何綜合評估這一指標體系，從而在實踐中比較不同的產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的強弱?第四，如何提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力，進而增強產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力? 本文的基本研究思路是：提出問題并分析研究現(xiàn)狀，進而構(gòu)建理論框架，在明確產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的含義的基礎(chǔ)上，建立一套基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的評價指標體系并確立評價方法。最后分析產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的現(xiàn)狀并提出對策。 下面是本文的具體章節(jié)安排： 1．問題的提出，研究對象、目的和意義；國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀評述；研究方法和總體思路；論文創(chuàng)新之處。 2．從國家、產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)三個層次來分析競爭力的含義，并闡明將研究定位于產(chǎn)業(yè)層次的原因；技術(shù)創(chuàng)新概述。 3．技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的相關(guān)關(guān)系； 4．已有的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力作用的評測模型及其缺陷；產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力評價體系的構(gòu)成；產(chǎn)業(yè)的分類；指標體系的建立及指標的內(nèi)涵規(guī)定和算法。 5．產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的評價方法，包括模糊數(shù)學統(tǒng)計方法和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析等；實證研究。 6．基于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的對策研究。
[Abstract]:With the continuous evolution of the knowledge economy and the rapid development of information technology, the international competitiveness has become the fundamental force to determine the winning or losing of the competition. The concept of science and technology is the first productive force that has long been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the technological innovation is a powerful converter in the process of realizing the transformation from intangible technology to real productive forces, and also the improvement of the industry. International competitiveness, the fundamental way to maintain national competitive advantage, is an inevitable choice to promote industrial upgrading and achieve leapfrog development. It is precisely because of this magical effect that more and more attention has been paid to the relevant theoretical research and practice around the world.
This paper is based on the research of the international competitiveness of industry based on the technological innovation. The purpose of this paper is to solve the following problems: first, why should we study the competitiveness from this level of industry? What is the intrinsic relationship between technological innovation and the international competitiveness of industry? Second, how to establish a systematic production from the angle of technological innovation. The evaluation index system of the international competitiveness of the industry? Third, how to comprehensively evaluate this index system so as to compare the strengths and weaknesses of different industries' international competitiveness in practice? Fourth, how to improve the technological innovation ability and enhance the international competitiveness of the industry?
The basic research ideas of this paper are: put forward the problems and analyze the research status, and then build a theoretical framework. On the basis of defining the meaning of the international competitiveness of industry, establish a set of evaluation index system for the international competitiveness of industry based on technology innovation and establish the evaluation method. Finally, the present situation of the international competitiveness of industry is analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
The following is the specific chapter of this article:
1., the object, purpose and significance of the research; the current situation of research at home and abroad; the research methods and general ideas; and the innovation of the paper.
2., analyze the meaning of competitiveness from three levels of state, industry and enterprise, and clarify the reasons for positioning the research in the industrial level; and summarize the technological innovation.
3., the relationship between technological innovation and industrial international competitiveness;
4. the evaluation model and its defects of the industrial international competitiveness, the composition of the industrial international competitiveness evaluation system, the classification of the industry, the establishment of the index system, the connotation and the algorithm of the index.
The evaluation methods of the international competitiveness of the 5. industry include fuzzy mathematical statistics and data envelopment analysis.
