【摘要】： 自近年來我國東、中、西部各自的生產要素優(yōu)勢發(fā)生了深刻變化,生產勞動密集型產品的優(yōu)勢要素已經由東部地區(qū)指向中西部地區(qū),而相關產業(yè)滯留在東部地區(qū)遲遲不能轉移,致使我國產業(yè)布局與優(yōu)勢要素分布已嚴重錯位,阻礙了國民經濟的發(fā)展。因此,產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接的控制模型研究,及浙江省紡織產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接實證分析,為合理性識別我國產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接,促進東部與中西部地區(qū)的產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接具有重要的理論意義與現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先梳理了國內外產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移的相關理論,綜述了有關承接產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移的研究,并對此進行系統(tǒng)總結。然后,本文從產業(yè)轉移的新古典模型出發(fā),結合產業(yè)承接問題,并通過分析產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接中技術與技術轉移的特性,以及能源因素的重要作用,梳理出包括技術與技術轉移、能源、人力資源和資本要素在內的產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接的關鍵因素。模型探討不同技術轉移程度下兩區(qū)域的總效用,在此基礎上建立產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接的控制模型,并推導出產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接邊界。隨后,本文分析了浙江省紡織產業(yè)發(fā)展及其制約因素、我國中西部地區(qū)的經濟發(fā)展情況及其比較優(yōu)勢,再以其為依據,選取2001—2006年中部6省及西部6省作為浙江省紡織產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移對象樣本,根據產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接的控制模型對浙江省紡織產業(yè)區(qū)域產業(yè)轉移和承接問題進行回歸分析。回歸結果顯示,浙江省與新疆、安徽、河南、江西和湖南五個區(qū)域之間進行紡織產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接可行。接著,全面考察2006年以來浙江省紡織產業(yè)與我國中西部地區(qū)的轉移和承接現(xiàn)狀,通過比較分析控制模型回歸分析結果與浙江省紡織產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接現(xiàn)狀,結果表明兩者基本吻合,這證實了本文所構建控制模型的合理性。最后,本文歸納了論文的基本結論,并就如何深入進行產業(yè)區(qū)域轉移和承接理論研究提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Since recent years, the advantages of the factors of production in the east, middle and west of China have undergone profound changes. The dominant elements of producing labor-intensive products have been pointed from the eastern region to the central and western regions, while the relevant industries have been stranded in the eastern region and have been unable to transfer. As a result, China's industrial distribution and the distribution of advantages have been seriously misplaced, hindering the development of the national economy. Therefore, the research on the control model of industrial regional transfer and undertaking, and the empirical analysis of regional transfer and undertaking of textile industry in Zhejiang Province, in order to identify the rationality of industrial regional transfer and acceptance in China, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the transfer and acceptance of industrial regions in the east and the central and western regions. Firstly, this paper reviews the theory of industrial regional transfer at home and abroad, summarizes the research on undertaking industrial regional transfer, and systematically summarizes it. Then, starting from the neoclassical model of industrial transfer, combining the problem of industrial undertaking, and analyzing the characteristics of technology and technology transfer in industrial transfer and undertaking, as well as the important role of energy factors. Combing out the key factors including technology and technology transfer, energy, human resources and capital elements. The model discusses the total utility of the two regions under different degrees of technology transfer. On this basis, the control model of industrial regional transfer and undertaking is established, and the boundary of industrial regional transfer and undertaking is derived. Then, this paper analyzes the development of textile industry in Zhejiang Province and its restrictive factors, the economic development and comparative advantages of the central and western regions of China, and then based on it, From 2001 to 2006, six provinces of central and western regions were selected as the samples of regional transfer of textile industry in Zhejiang Province, and regression analysis was carried out according to the control model of regional transfer and undertaking of textile industry in Zhejiang Province. The regression results show that it is feasible to transfer and undertake textile industry between Zhejiang province and five regions of Xinjiang, Anhui, Henan, Jiangxi and Hunan. Then, the paper makes a comprehensive review of the current situation of textile industry transfer and acceptance between Zhejiang Province and China's central and western regions since 2006, and analyzes the results of regression analysis of the control model and the current situation of regional transfer and acceptance of Zhejiang textile industry through comparative analysis. The results show that the two are basically consistent, which confirms the rationality of the control model constructed in this paper. Finally, this paper summarizes the basic conclusions of the paper, and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out in-depth research on the theory of industrial regional transfer and undertaking.
