【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化既是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步的重要標志，也是人類經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的必然趨勢，它已經(jīng)成為國家或地區(qū)衡量經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展水平以及制定區(qū)域發(fā)展政策的依據(jù)。本論文綜合運用人文—經(jīng)濟地理學的理論和方法，以遼寧省的85個基本單元為研究對象，采用理論分析與實證研究相結合以及定量分析與定性分析相結合的方法，在綜合了國內(nèi)外具有代表性的指標基礎上，，從經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、人口、社會發(fā)展以及城市建設四大方面共選取15個指標對遼寧省的縣域城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平進行了綜合測度，并對其城鎮(zhèn)化水平的區(qū)域差異特征及其影響因素進行了分析，得到以下的結論： （1）通過利用主成分分析法和聚類分析法，得出遼寧省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化水平的區(qū)域差異較大，城鎮(zhèn)化水平最高區(qū)域與城鎮(zhèn)化水平較高區(qū)域，主要分布在遼寧省的中部平原地區(qū)與南部沿海地區(qū)，而城鎮(zhèn)化水平中等區(qū)域和城鎮(zhèn)化水平較低區(qū)域主要集中分布在遼寧省的東部與西部山地地區(qū)。 （2）影響城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平的因素有自然資源條件、地理區(qū)位條件、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展條件、歷史條件以及政策條件等。通過對遼寧省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化水平的實證研究，得出經(jīng)濟因素對城鎮(zhèn)化進程的推動作用最為明顯。 （3）在對遼寧省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展水平、區(qū)域差異和影響因素分析的基礎上之，提出了相應的對策建議。在推進遼寧省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化的進程中，一是要統(tǒng)一認識，明確發(fā)展城鎮(zhèn)化的戰(zhàn)略重點；二是由于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平是城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的強有力支撐，因此，要想加快發(fā)展縣域城鎮(zhèn)化水平，就應該要大力發(fā)展縣域經(jīng)濟；三是在城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展歷程中，要突出重點，發(fā)展區(qū)域中心城市，從而發(fā)揮其對周邊地區(qū)的輻射帶動作用；四是要想提升遼寧省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化的整體水平，必須加強對落后縣域的扶持。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is not only an important symbol of regional economic development and social progress, but also an inevitable trend of human economic and social development. It has become the basis for countries or regions to measure the level of economic and social development and to formulate regional development policies.This paper synthetically applies the theory and method of humanistic economic geography, taking 85 basic units of Liaoning Province as the research object, combining theoretical analysis with empirical research and quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.On the basis of synthesizing the representative indexes at home and abroad, 15 indexes were selected from four aspects of economic development, population, social development and urban construction to measure the development level of county urbanization in Liaoning province.The characteristics of regional differences of urbanization level and its influencing factors are analyzed, and the following conclusions are obtained:1) by using principal component analysis and cluster analysis, it is concluded that the county urbanization level in Liaoning Province has great regional differences, the highest urbanization level region and the higher urbanization level region.It mainly distributes in the central plain area and the southern coastal area of Liaoning Province, while the middle area of urbanization level and the low level area of urbanization mainly distribute in the eastern and western mountainous area of Liaoning Province.The factors affecting the development of urbanization include natural resources, geographical location, economic development, historical conditions and policy conditions.Based on the empirical study on the urbanization level of counties in Liaoning Province, it is concluded that the economic factors play the most important role in promoting the urbanization process.3) based on the analysis of the development level, regional differences and influencing factors of county urbanization in Liaoning Province, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.In the process of promoting urbanization at the county level in Liaoning Province, it is necessary, first, to have a unified understanding of the strategic focus for the development of urbanization; second, because the level of economic development is a strong support for the development of urbanization, therefore, to speed up the development of urbanization at the county level,Third, in the course of urbanization, we should focus on the development of regional central cities, so as to give full play to their role in promoting radiation to the surrounding areas.Fourth, to improve the overall level of urbanization in Liaoning Province, we must strengthen the support of backward counties.
