【摘要】：近年來,超市逐漸成為城市家庭采購食品的主要渠道,但大中型超市的食品安全頻頻出現(xiàn)問題,為食品安全監(jiān)管部門敲響了警鐘。龍巖做為一個(gè)地級市,超市行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,各連鎖大型超市的進(jìn)入,在促進(jìn)龍巖經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和豐富人民日常生活食品選擇的同時(shí),也給政府部門監(jiān)管提出更高要求,如何提高地方超市食品安全監(jiān)管水平成為亟待研究的課題。 本文從龍巖市超市食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀入手,通過大量查閱文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)地考察和對龍巖各監(jiān)管部門工作人員的訪談,對超市食品安全監(jiān)管問題和對策做了深入的研究。本文首先介紹了超市食品安全監(jiān)管的研究目的和研究意義,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果并闡述了本文的研究方法和技術(shù)路線圖,然后概述了“食品安全”、“食品安全監(jiān)管”、國內(nèi)外食品安全監(jiān)管制度和食品安全監(jiān)管的政策法規(guī),之后從龍巖市超市食品安全狀況和超市食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀入手,分析了龍巖市當(dāng)前食品安全監(jiān)管體制和超市食品安全監(jiān)管的職責(zé)分工、法律依據(jù)及監(jiān)管措施,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)龍巖市超市食品安全監(jiān)管存在的問題,并有針對性的提出了加強(qiáng)龍巖市超市食品安全監(jiān)管的一系列對策,對于改善地區(qū)超市食品安全監(jiān)管現(xiàn)狀具有積極的意義,對于提高其他地區(qū)超市食品安全監(jiān)管水平具有較好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, supermarkets have gradually become the main channel for urban households to purchase food. However, food safety problems frequently occur in large and medium-sized supermarkets, which has sounded the alarm for food safety supervision departments.As a prefecture-level city, the supermarket industry is developing rapidly. The entry of each chain of large supermarkets not only promotes the economic development of Longyan and enriches the daily food choices of the people, but also puts forward higher requirements for the supervision of government departments.How to improve the level of food safety supervision in local supermarkets has become an urgent research topic.Starting with the present situation of food safety supervision in supermarket in Longyan City, this paper makes an in-depth study on the problems and countermeasures of food safety supervision in supermarkets through a large number of documents, field investigations and interviews with the staff of various supervision departments in Longyan City.This paper first introduces the research purpose and significance of supermarket food safety supervision, summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad, expounds the research methods and technical roadmap of this paper, and then summarizes the "food safety" and "food safety supervision".Domestic and foreign food safety supervision system and food safety supervision policies and regulations, and then starting from Longyan supermarket food safety and supermarket food safety supervision status quo,This paper analyzes the current food safety supervision system in Longyan city and the division of duties, legal basis and supervision measures of food safety supervision in supermarkets, and finds out the problems existing in food safety supervision in Longyan supermarket.And put forward a series of countermeasures to strengthen the food safety supervision of the supermarket in Longyan city, which has positive significance for improving the current situation of the food safety supervision in the local supermarket.It has good reference significance for improving the level of food safety supervision in other regions.
