地鐵司乘管理信息系統(tǒng)的設計與實現
[Abstract]:Subway as the most important part of urban rail transit, due to the continuous innovation of subway technology and the urgent needs of urban development, subway planning and operation lines are increasing, driving density is increasing. Therefore, subway operation and management will become more and more difficult and complex. Steward management refers to the management of driver crew information, including driver crew planning and distribution, driver personal information management, driver exit management, value travel information statistics, and so on. As an important part of subway operation management, the level of management will directly affect the efficiency and safety of the subway main line, as well as the economic benefits of the enterprise. At present, the subway ride management basically adopts the manual method, which leads to time-consuming, laborious, error-prone and so on. Therefore, it is very important to construct the information system of the subway ride management for the subway operation management. Will also be the future subway operation and management development of the inevitable trend. This paper analyzes the information, systematization and intelligent management of the driver's crew operation from the point of view of actual operation. First of all, it analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of the related fields, discusses the general situation of subway ride management, analyzes the main problems, and expounds the basic principles of the crew planning; Secondly, from the point of view of system, according to the related information of multiplication management, the requirements of the system are analyzed, and the system is designed from the aspects of function, structure, database and so on. After that, the optimization problem of crew scheduling, which is one of the main contents of division management, is studied and analyzed. The constraints such as time, place and task coverage are considered comprehensively. The mathematical model of multi-objective optimization of crew scheduling with the goal of minimum number of drivers used and the highest efficiency of driver operation is constructed, and then based on the idea of "generation and selection", The method of combining tree enumeration and greedy algorithm is designed to solve the model. Through the example analysis, the algorithm can work out the scheduling plan quickly and better. Finally, using C # development language, the management information system of subway passenger service is developed. The system can realize "one-click" programming of crew scheduling, automatic generation of crew plan, dispatch notice of crew dispatch by WeChat, management of driver's nameplate, etc. The function of the driver to withdraw from duty and ask for leave, the management of the crew tools, the automatic statistics of the crew information and the management of the basic information, etc. The system can meet the needs of the daily operation of the on-site management well, and can save manpower and material resources, greatly improve the efficiency of the management, and achieve information, through the test of the subway passenger management staff, the system can meet the needs of the daily operation of the on-site passenger management well, and it can save manpower and material resources. The purpose of intelligent management.
