【摘要】:田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的培養(yǎng)是田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略問題,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的轉(zhuǎn)軌和社會的轉(zhuǎn)型,田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)也必將朝著多元化、市場化的方向發(fā)展。運(yùn)行了幾十年的“舉國體制”面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇,田徑后備人才的培養(yǎng)在新的形勢下必須進(jìn)行改革與創(chuàng)新,才能獲得新的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。近20年湖北省田徑代表隊(duì)在全運(yùn)會上難以得到好的成績,后備人才培養(yǎng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的問題將直接導(dǎo)致湖北省高水平田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)員的運(yùn)動(dòng)成績下降,只有重視田徑后備人才的培養(yǎng),才能改變目前湖北省田徑項(xiàng)目的狀況。本文以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為指導(dǎo),采用因子分析法、文獻(xiàn)資料、專家訪談、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和邏輯分析等研究方法,從現(xiàn)階段湖北田徑后備人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀入手,系統(tǒng)梳理了有關(guān)湖北田徑發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)程;通過因子分析、專家訪談與國內(nèi)外研究結(jié)果分析整理了影響湖北省田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的諸多因素,將影響因素分為后備人才內(nèi)在因素、后備人才外在因素、政治因素三個(gè)成份,并運(yùn)用了SPSS進(jìn)行因子分析處理得出各因子影響值得排序;提出了一系列發(fā)展對策,為湖北省田徑后備人才的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了有益的借鑒。研究結(jié)論表明:影響湖北省田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的各因子影響值排序從大到小為:選材、社會因素、教練員、從訓(xùn)人員、政策、訓(xùn)練、管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)、價(jià)值觀、心智、參賽、科研、家庭、人員流動(dòng)。然后將它們分為了三大成份,后備人才內(nèi)在因素、后備人才外在因素和政治因素。在后備人才外在因素中,運(yùn)動(dòng)員選材和社會因素對湖北省田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響較大,F(xiàn)階段湖北省大多田徑后備人才選材基本為教練員經(jīng)驗(yàn)選材,少數(shù)業(yè)余體校和運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)采用較科學(xué)的選材,大多數(shù)田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)員選材缺乏科學(xué)性。而運(yùn)動(dòng)員的社會地位、場館設(shè)施和硬件、從事體育訓(xùn)練人口、項(xiàng)目普及程度、國家文化、教育、醫(yī)療水平、媒體宣傳以及項(xiàng)目市場開發(fā)程度,是組成社會因素的主要方面。它們都是制約湖北省田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素。在后備人才內(nèi)在因素中,運(yùn)動(dòng)員的個(gè)人水平、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的潛質(zhì)、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的文化程度、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的努力程度、運(yùn)動(dòng)員的參訓(xùn)動(dòng)機(jī)是從訓(xùn)人員因素的構(gòu)成部分這些都是影響湖北省的田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素。此外價(jià)值觀、參賽、心智、家庭這些因素對湖北省田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展均有重要影響,它們是相互作用,相互影響的。在政治因素中,經(jīng)濟(jì)因子、政策因子、管理因子是制約湖北省田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因子。它包括國家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、國家財(cái)政投入、社會經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、地區(qū)人均收入水平、運(yùn)動(dòng)員收入水平、教練員收入水平、國家政策支持以及管理制度等因素。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)處理后的結(jié)果,調(diào)查研究了影響湖北省田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響值較高的六個(gè)影響因子:選材因素、社會因素、教練員因素、從訓(xùn)人員因素、政策因素、訓(xùn)練因素。分析這些影響因子在湖北省的現(xiàn)狀,以及它們影響湖北省田徑后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原因。最后本研究針對現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題提出:提高后備人才選材與訓(xùn)練的科學(xué)化水平;提升運(yùn)動(dòng)員社會地位;加強(qiáng)教練員崗位培訓(xùn);提升教練員科研水平;完善場館設(shè)施和硬件;經(jīng)費(fèi)來源多元化;完善教練員和運(yùn)動(dòng)員管理機(jī)制等對策。
[Abstract]:To foster sustainable development of Athletic Reserve talents is a strategic problem in the development of athletics, along with the transformation of China's economic and social, track and field sports will be towards diversification, market-oriented direction. Running for decades of "whole nation system" is facing new challenges and opportunities, the cultivation of Athletic Reserve talents must be the reform and innovation in the new situation, in order to obtain the power of the new sustainable development. In recent 20 years in Hubei Province Track and field team to get good grades in the National Games, the sustainable development problems in the cultivation of reserve talents will directly lead to decreased performance of high level athletes in Hubei Province, only pay attention to the training of track and field reserve personnel, in order to change the current situation of Hubei Province Track and field project. Based on the guideline of sustainable development, by using factor analysis method, literature, expert interviews, questionnaire Study on the method of investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, starting from the present situation of Hubei Athletics Reserve personnel training system, combing the historical process of the Hubei track and field development; through factor analysis, expert interviews and research results at home and abroad analyzed the factors influencing the sustainable development of Athletic Reserve Talents in Hubei Province, the influence factors the internal factors of reserve personnel, reserve personnel of three components of external factors, political factors, and using the SPSS factor analysis that the effect of each factor is worth sorting; put forward a series of countermeasures, provide a useful reference for the sustainable development of Hubei Province Athletics Reserve talents. The conclusion of the study shows that the effect of various factors affecting the sustainable development the track and field reserve talents in Hubei province value ranking from high to low is material, social factors, coaches, training from personnel, training, management, economic policy, Values, mental, race, family, scientific research, personnel flow. Then they are divided into three major components, the intrinsic factors of talents, talents external factors and political factors. The external factors affecting talents, selection of athletes and the social factors on the sustainable development of Athletic Reserve Talents in Hubei province. The present stage Hubei province the most basic material for the reserve talents of track and field coaches experience selection, a few amateur sports teams and the material science, material science. Most athletes lack and the social status of athletes, venues and hardware facilities, engaged in the physical training population, project popularity, national culture, education, medical level, media promotion and project the degree of market development, is mainly composed of social factors. They are important factors restricting the sustainable development of Athletic Reserve Talents in Hubei province. In reserve The internal factors of talent, the athletes at the individual level, athletes, education of athletes, to athletes, athletes training motivation is from the part of training personnel factors are important factors affecting the sustainable development of Athletic Reserve Talents in Hubei province. In addition, values, competition, mental, family factors the Hubei Province Track and field reserve talents of sustainable development has an important influence, they are interaction, mutual influence. On the political factors, economic factors, policy factor, management factor is an important factor restricting Hubei Province Track and field reserve talents of sustainable development. It includes the national economic strength, national financial investment, social investment, the level of area the per capita income, the income level of the athletes, coaches income level, the support of national policy and management system and other factors. According to the data processing after the results of the survey Study on the impact of the sustainable development of Athletic Reserve Talents in Hubei province higher values of the six factors: material factors, social factors, coaches factors, from training factors, policy factors, training factors. These factors present situation analysis in Hubei Province, and their influence the sustainable development of Athletic Reserve Talents in Hubei province. At the end of the study, in view of the present situation in the investigation of problems: improve the level of scientific talent selection and training of athletes; enhance social status; strengthen training coaches; enhance the research level of coaches; perfect facilities and hardware; funds management mechanism; improve the coaches and athletes and so on.
