【摘要】：“十三五”是我國全面建設(shè)小康社會、實現(xiàn)中國夢的時期,同時,也是體育發(fā)展重要戰(zhàn)略機遇期。對于我國這樣一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國來講,農(nóng)村問題依然是我國的根本問題,農(nóng)村體育建設(shè)作為農(nóng)村事業(yè)的重要組成部分,應(yīng)備受關(guān)注,因為農(nóng)村體育建設(shè)的好壞直接關(guān)系著農(nóng)民的身體素質(zhì)和生活品質(zhì),直接關(guān)系著農(nóng)村的精神文明建設(shè)水平。在全民健身的時代背景下,�？h農(nóng)村體育出現(xiàn)嚴重的斷層現(xiàn)象,這種斷層主要體現(xiàn)在農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代體育和傳統(tǒng)體育方面。因此,就�？h農(nóng)村體育斷層問題進行研究與分析,并提出相應(yīng)的對策,具有重要的理論和實踐意義。本文以�？h農(nóng)村體育斷層為研究對象,對浚縣農(nóng)村地區(qū)進行走訪及調(diào)查,主要運用文獻資料法、實地考察法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,對傳統(tǒng)體育和現(xiàn)代體育在�？h農(nóng)村的開展?fàn)顩r進行分析。通過調(diào)查,將斷層歸納為五個方面,即社會環(huán)境方面、管理模式方面、指導(dǎo)人員方面、年齡方面和體育態(tài)度方面。分析出現(xiàn)斷層的成因,有以下幾點:第一,當(dāng)?shù)卣趯Υ齻鹘y(tǒng)體育與現(xiàn)代體育的態(tài)度方面,存在較為明顯的差異;第二,經(jīng)濟投入較少,粗放型的供給方式造成資源浪費現(xiàn)象;第三,缺乏合理的體育人才培養(yǎng)模式;第四,“打工潮”造成農(nóng)村青壯年人口大量外流,農(nóng)村留守老人、兒童及婦女居多;第五,農(nóng)民對現(xiàn)代體育項目缺乏必要的認識,一定程度上阻礙了現(xiàn)代體育的發(fā)展。針對上述問題,提出相應(yīng)的建議:第一,要充分發(fā)揮政府的職能,加強干預(yù),均衡對傳統(tǒng)體育與現(xiàn)代體育的扶持力度;第二,發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟,提高農(nóng)村水平;第三,要加大宣傳力度,提高農(nóng)民的體育參與意識,樹立新的體育觀;第四,建立指導(dǎo)人才培養(yǎng)機制,進行科學(xué)合理指導(dǎo),從而提高農(nóng)民的鍛煉效果;第五,根據(jù)實際情況,開展體育競賽,激發(fā)農(nóng)民體育參與興趣。
[Abstract]:The 13th Five-Year Plan is the period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing Chinese Dream. At the same time, it is also an important strategic opportunity period for the development of sports. Rural sports construction, as an important part of rural undertakings, should receive much attention, because the quality of rural sports construction is directly related to the physical quality and quality of life of farmers. Directly related to the level of rural spiritual civilization construction. In the context of the times of national fitness, Junxian rural sports serious fault phenomenon. This fault is mainly reflected in the rural modern sports and traditional sports. Therefore, the problem of Junxian rural sports fault is studied and analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. It is of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper takes Junxian rural sports fault as the research object, visits and surveys the Junxian rural area, mainly uses the method of literature, field investigation and expert interview. Questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, the traditional sports and modern sports in Junxian rural development status analysis. Through the investigation, the fault can be summarized into five aspects, that is, social environment, management model. Analysis of the causes of the fault, there are the following points: first, the local government in the traditional sports and modern sports attitude, there are obvious differences; Second, the economic investment is less, the extensive supply mode causes the waste of resources; Third, the lack of reasonable sports talent training model; In 4th, "hit the labor tide" caused a large outflow of rural young and middle-aged people, rural left-behind elderly people, children and women in the majority; In 5th, farmers lack the necessary understanding of modern sports, which to some extent hindered the development of modern sports. In view of the above problems, the corresponding suggestions are put forward: first, to give full play to the functions of the government, strengthen intervention. Balanced support for traditional and modern sports; Second, develop the rural economy and improve the rural level; Third, we should strengthen propaganda, improve farmers' awareness of sports participation, and establish a new concept of sports; In 4th, the training mechanism of guiding talents should be established, and scientific and reasonable guidance should be carried out so as to improve the training effect of farmers. 5th, according to the actual situation, the development of sports competition, stimulate farmers to participate in sports interest.
