【摘要】：中石化JN公司是中國石化潤滑油公司直屬分公司之一,是“長城”牌潤滑油在山東的重要產(chǎn)銷基地。現(xiàn)有灌裝能力為10萬噸/年。已無法滿足市場需求,需要進(jìn)行產(chǎn)能和結(jié)構(gòu)的改擴(kuò)建。為此,決定對“重質(zhì)油”生產(chǎn)基地進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建。JN公司灌裝車間項(xiàng)目是該公司“重質(zhì)油”生產(chǎn)基地進(jìn)行改擴(kuò)建一期工程的核心項(xiàng)目,項(xiàng)目建筑面積為8400m2,總投資1416萬元。作為JN公司生產(chǎn)基地改擴(kuò)建工程的重要組成部分,灌裝車間項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)完成將能夠極大的提高公司的灌裝能力,是實(shí)現(xiàn)年產(chǎn)20萬噸/年重質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)油的提前條件。因此,JN公司灌裝車間項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的順利實(shí)施關(guān)系到企業(yè)后續(xù)的發(fā)展壯大,而項(xiàng)目建設(shè)質(zhì)量更是直接關(guān)系后生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的安全保障。論文針對JN公司灌裝車間項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)分析了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的主要影響因素及面臨的問題。研究構(gòu)建了JN公司灌裝車間項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制體系,論文明確了JN公司灌裝車間項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的指導(dǎo)思想及基本原則,通過建立完善JN公司灌裝車間項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的組織機(jī)構(gòu)和責(zé)任體系,制定項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的方法和措施,以及設(shè)計(jì)工序質(zhì)量的基本流程構(gòu)建了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的體系。在具體實(shí)施過程中,針對項(xiàng)目施工準(zhǔn)備、現(xiàn)場施工以及竣工驗(yàn)收等不同階段質(zhì)量控制的具體需求,研究了具體的質(zhì)量控制方法,確保項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中質(zhì)量控制的有效實(shí)施。最后,為保障JN公司灌裝車間項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制體系的有效實(shí)施,論文在人員、技術(shù)和制度等層面通過提高施工人員質(zhì)量意識和管理人員質(zhì)量管理的水平、優(yōu)化施工計(jì)劃及資源管理以及建立完善質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)制度,從而確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制工作的有效進(jìn)行,保障項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的完整實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Sinopec JN Company is one of the subsidiaries of Sinopec Lubricating Oil Company, which is an important base for producing and selling the Great Wall brand lubricants in Shandong Province. The current filling capacity is 100000 tons per year. Can not meet market demand, the need for capacity and structural expansion. Therefore, it is decided that the filling workshop project of "heavy oil" production base is the core project of the "heavy oil" production base for the first phase of the project. The construction area of the project is 8400m ~ 2, with a total investment of 14.16 million yuan. As an important part of JN Company's production base reconstruction and extension project, the completion of filling workshop project will greatly improve the filling capacity of the company, which is the advance condition to realize the annual production of 200000 tons of heavy base oil per year. Therefore, the successful implementation of the filling workshop project of JN Company is related to the subsequent development and growth of the enterprise, and the quality of the project is directly related to the safety of the production and management after the project. According to the technical characteristics of the filling workshop project of JN Company, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors and problems of the project quality control. The quality control system of JN filling workshop project is studied and constructed. The guiding ideology and basic principles of JN filling workshop project quality control are clarified in this paper. By establishing and perfecting the organization and responsibility system of project quality control in filling workshop of JN Company, establishing the methods and measures of project quality control, and designing the basic process of process quality, the system of project quality management is constructed. In order to ensure the effective implementation of quality control in the construction process, the specific quality control methods are studied in accordance with the specific requirements of quality control in different stages of project construction preparation, site construction and completion acceptance. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the project quality control system during the construction of JN filling workshop, the paper improves the quality consciousness of construction personnel and the level of management quality management in the aspects of personnel, technology and system. Optimize the construction plan and resource management, and establish and improve the quality management system, so as to ensure the effective implementation of the project quality control work and ensure the complete realization of the project quality objectives.
