高溫下鋼管自密實(shí)混凝土界面接觸熱阻試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的火災(zāi)性能研究通常要考慮鋼管和混凝土的界面接觸熱阻問題,本文對鋼管自密實(shí)混凝土柱的界面接觸熱阻進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。制作了8個鋼管自密實(shí)混凝土柱,依據(jù)Fourier定律和Newton冷卻定律得到了鋼管混凝土界面接觸熱阻的求解方法。利用有限元和多項(xiàng)式擬合外推得到界面溫度,得出鋼管混凝土接觸熱阻隨著鋼管界面溫度的變化規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,未受載的鋼管自密實(shí)混凝土界面接觸熱阻平均值范圍在0.002~0.01m2·K/W,與其他文獻(xiàn)結(jié)果相比有一定可靠性。
[Abstract]:The interface contact thermal resistance of steel tube and concrete should be considered in the study of the concrete filled steel tube structure. In this paper, the interfacial contact thermal resistance of the self compacting concrete column is tested. 8 self compacting concrete columns are made, and the interface contact of the concrete filled steel tube is obtained according to the Fourier law and the Newton cooling law. The method of solving the thermal resistance is obtained by using the finite element and polynomial fitting extrapolation to get the interface temperature. The change law of the contact thermal resistance of the concrete filled steel tube with the interface temperature of the steel tube is obtained. The experimental results show that the average contact thermal resistance range of the unloaded steel tube self compacting concrete interface is 0.002~ 0.01m2. K/W, compared with the other literature. Reliability.
