【摘要】：貨幣政策是我國(guó)重要的宏觀調(diào)控工具,對(duì)我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)具有非對(duì)稱性效果。本文在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,使用向量自回歸(VAR)模型實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)貨幣政策在城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)上的非對(duì)稱性效果。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),一是貨幣政策對(duì)產(chǎn)出的非對(duì)稱性效果在時(shí)間跨度和作用強(qiáng)度上均有表現(xiàn);二是貨幣政策對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)具有非對(duì)稱性效果,且在城鎮(zhèn)不同規(guī)模企業(yè)的就業(yè)中非對(duì)稱性效果存在差異;三是擴(kuò)張性貨幣政策對(duì)產(chǎn)出上升的貢獻(xiàn)越來越有限,而緊縮性貨幣政策對(duì)產(chǎn)出下降的作用將會(huì)越來越大。貨幣政策對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)大型企業(yè)就業(yè)變動(dòng)的影響有限且后期不斷削弱,對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)中小企業(yè)就業(yè)變化而言,擴(kuò)張性貨幣政策的貢獻(xiàn)弱于緊縮性貨幣政策。
[Abstract]:Monetary policy is an important macro-control tool in China, and has a non-symmetrical effect on the employment of urban and urban employment in China. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper uses the vector autoregressive (VAR) model to examine the asymmetric effect of monetary policy in urban employment. It is found that the non-symmetry effect of monetary policy on the output of urban and urban employment has a non-symmetrical effect on the time span and the effect intensity, and the second is that the monetary policy has a non-symmetry effect on the urban employment, and there is a difference in the non-symmetry effect of the employment in different scale enterprises in the town; Third, the contribution of expansionary monetary policy to the rise of output is becoming more and more limited, and the effect of tight monetary policy on the decline of output will become more and more important. The influence of monetary policy on the employment change of the large-scale enterprises in the town is limited and the later period is weakening, and the contribution of the expansionary monetary policy to the employment change of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the town is weaker than the tight monetary policy.
