【摘要】：PPP模式在發(fā)達(dá)國家是一個(gè)成熟的公共供給模式,在國內(nèi)正式提出沒多久。該模式作為一個(gè)新生事物,固然有著自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),但也存在著一些不成熟之處。通過詳細(xì)介紹該模式的概念和特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)該模式在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中存在一些問題,探究問題的解決方案,給予一些可行性的建議,并對(duì)該模式的未來進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The PPP model is a mature public supply model in developed countries, and it has not long been put forward in the country. As a new thing, this model has its own advantages, but there are some immature places. In this paper, the concept and characteristics of the model are introduced in detail, and it is found that the model has some problems in the actual operation, the solution of the inquiry problem, some feasible suggestions, and the future of the model.
