【摘要】：本文針對(duì)A區(qū)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)該區(qū)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)面臨的問(wèn)題和不足進(jìn)行分析研究,主要目的是為進(jìn)一步完善、提升A區(qū)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)提供對(duì)策建議。在此基礎(chǔ)上,力圖為國(guó)內(nèi)中小城市數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒。本論文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、專(zhuān)家咨詢(xún)法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法和比較研究法,全方位、多層次、多角度的深入分析研究A區(qū)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng),真正掌握底數(shù)、摸清詳情。在介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和國(guó)內(nèi)部分城市案例的基礎(chǔ)上,概述了A區(qū)的區(qū)情區(qū)貌和數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀況、成效,重點(diǎn)探討了該系統(tǒng)暴露出來(lái)的不足和問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題不足提出了相應(yīng)建議。本文的實(shí)用價(jià)值在于,通過(guò)提升完善A區(qū)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)?shù)爻鞘泄芾硭降奶岣?增強(qiáng)城市管理的效率、效能,對(duì)踐行群眾路線(xiàn)、維護(hù)市民福祉、構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)有著重要積極的意義。而且,為其他區(qū)縣一級(jí)政府探索建立、完善提升數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。本文分為五部分。首先在文中緒論部分介紹本篇論文的概況。其次,重點(diǎn)介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展情況和國(guó)內(nèi)部分區(qū)縣數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)情況,為后文分析A區(qū)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)奠定基礎(chǔ)。第三,重點(diǎn)介紹A區(qū)區(qū)情區(qū)貌以及該區(qū)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)突出A區(qū)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)存在的不足問(wèn)題。第四,針對(duì)A區(qū)數(shù)字化城市管理系統(tǒng)存在的不足問(wèn)題,提出未來(lái)發(fā)展完善的針對(duì)性建議。最后是論文的結(jié)論部分,提出研究分析的不足與展望。
[Abstract]:According to the actual situation of the digital city management system in area A, this paper analyzes and studies the problems and shortcomings of the digital city management system in this area, the main purpose is to further improve the system. On the basis of this, we try to provide some reference for the construction of digital urban management system in small and medium-sized cities in China. This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research. Expert consultation method, field investigation method and comparative research method, all-directional, multi-level, multi-angle in-depth analysis and study of the digital city management system in area A, really master the floor. On the basis of introducing the domestic and foreign relevant theories and some domestic urban cases, this paper summarizes the regional situation of area A and the operation status of the digital city management system. This paper mainly discusses the shortcomings and problems exposed by the system, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for these problems. The practical value of this paper is to improve the digital city management system of area A. To achieve the improvement of local urban management level, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of urban management, to practice the mass line, to maintain the well-being of citizens, and to build a harmonious society has an important and positive significance. For other districts and counties to explore the establishment of government, improve the digital city management system to provide experience. This paper is divided into five parts. First, the introduction of this paper is introduced. Secondly. This paper mainly introduces the development of digital city management system at home and abroad and the construction of digital city management system in some districts and counties in China, which lays a foundation for the analysis of digital city management system in area A later. This paper mainly introduces the situation area of area A and the current situation of the digital city management system in this area, with emphasis on the deficiency of the digital city management system in area A. 4th. In view of the deficiency of the digital city management system in area A, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the future development and perfection. Finally, the conclusion of the paper is given, and the deficiency and prospect of the research and analysis are put forward.
