神華國(guó)華壽電生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在電力市場(chǎng)發(fā)育不斷成熟、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境日趨激烈的今天,火力發(fā)電企業(yè)要增強(qiáng)自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就必須不斷提高能源效率、降低成本、優(yōu)化商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)、擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)份額,由于發(fā)電企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品價(jià)格由國(guó)家規(guī)制,所以發(fā)電企業(yè)獲取利潤(rùn)的最重要源泉就是內(nèi)部生存管理效率的提升,這主要依賴(lài)于發(fā)電企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的優(yōu)化。 生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化研究主要運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和企業(yè)管理等相關(guān)理論,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)檢索、圖表分析、案例分析等方法,對(duì)神華國(guó)華壽電的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的存在問(wèn)題、優(yōu)化重點(diǎn)、實(shí)施策略等方面進(jìn)行論述和探討。 本文結(jié)合神華國(guó)華壽光發(fā)電企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的具體情況,,在對(duì)比日本橘灣發(fā)電廠、澳大利亞易拉林電廠、國(guó)內(nèi)浙江省的北侖發(fā)電廠和江蘇省徐州華潤(rùn)彭城電廠等先進(jìn)發(fā)電企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、生產(chǎn)管理體系、運(yùn)行管理模式、檢修管理模式以及技術(shù)管理模式之后,尋找出壽電運(yùn)營(yíng)模式、組織管控、流程管理、決策分析、環(huán)境安全等方面存在的不足。以此為基礎(chǔ),制定了生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化原則與目標(biāo),研究了壽電運(yùn)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域、業(yè)務(wù)管理模式和維護(hù)模式優(yōu)化的過(guò)程。 生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)化對(duì)于企業(yè)提升運(yùn)營(yíng)效率而言是一項(xiàng)重大措施。本文通過(guò)對(duì)于神華國(guó)華壽電在生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式方面存在的不足并充分分析其組織優(yōu)化的重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié),并制定了具體的實(shí)施策略。不僅對(duì)于壽電企業(yè)本身的成本控制、效率提升有積極影響,對(duì)于我們其他火力發(fā)電企業(yè)也有直接的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of electricity market and the increasingly fierce competition environment, thermal power generation enterprises must constantly improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, optimize commercial operations and expand market share to enhance their competitiveness. Because the product price of the power generation enterprise is regulated by the state, the most important source for the power generation enterprise to obtain the profit is the improvement of the efficiency of the internal survival management, which mainly depends on the optimization of the production and operation mode of the power generation enterprise. The research on the optimization of production and operation mode mainly uses the theory of industrial organization, technical economics and enterprise management, through literature retrieval, chart analysis, case analysis and other methods. This paper discusses and discusses the problems existing in the production and operation mode of Shenhua Huashou Power Co., Ltd., the key points of optimization, the implementation strategy and so on. In this paper, Shenhua Shouguang Power Plant production and operation model of the specific situation, compared with Japan Orange Bay Power Plant, Australia Yilalin Power Plant. The advanced power generation enterprises such as Beilun Power Plant of Zhejiang Province and Xuzhou Huarun Pengcheng Power Plant of Jiangsu Province are in the production and operation organization structure, production management system and operation management mode. After the maintenance management model and the technical management model, find out the life electricity operation mode, organization control, process management, decision-making analysis, environmental safety and other aspects of the deficiencies. The optimization principles and objectives of production and operation mode were established, and the key areas of operation mode optimization, business management model and maintenance mode optimization process were studied. The optimization of production and operation mode is an important measure for enterprises to improve operation efficiency. This paper analyzes the key links of organization optimization by analyzing the deficiency of Shenhua Huasou Power in production and operation mode. . It not only has a positive impact on the cost control and efficiency improvement of the enterprise itself, but also has direct reference significance for other thermal power generation enterprises.
