【摘要】：戶外活動場地對于兒童的身心成長起著非常重要的作用。隨著房地產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，大量土地被開發(fā)成居住區(qū)，居住區(qū)的戶外兒童活動場地衡量居住區(qū)生活質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文希望通過對珠三角地區(qū)居住區(qū)戶外兒童活動場地設(shè)計(jì)的研究，為珠三角地區(qū)的居住區(qū)戶外兒童活動場地設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的參考意義。 本文第一章主要闡述國外關(guān)于兒童戶外游戲環(huán)境法規(guī)、理念研究，國內(nèi)居住區(qū)戶外兒童活動空間研究主要是從建筑規(guī)劃的角度出發(fā)。通過國內(nèi)外戶外兒童活動空間的研究，對居住區(qū)戶外兒童活動區(qū)的研究提供一定的研究借鑒意義。第二章主要通過從不同年齡段的兒童身體行為和心理特點(diǎn)分析出發(fā)，了解兒童在戶外活動的特點(diǎn)和對戶外活動場所的需要，從而對居住區(qū)的戶外兒童活動空間根據(jù)年齡分組提供一定的理論依據(jù)，使兒童活動區(qū)的活動內(nèi)容更有針對性。居住區(qū)中的兒童戶外活動空間是無法脫離居住區(qū)的整體景觀環(huán)境而獨(dú)立存在，本文第三章從居住區(qū)環(huán)境中不同的環(huán)境因子對兒童戶外活動影響分析出發(fā)，闡述在居住區(qū)戶外兒童活動空間設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，不是孤立、分割居住區(qū)整體環(huán)境而獨(dú)立考慮。應(yīng)該綜合居住區(qū)戶外景觀的其他環(huán)境因子和整體環(huán)境一起考慮的，，在戶外兒童活動空間設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)如何利用居住區(qū)中有利環(huán)境因子，規(guī)避有害因子。第四章根據(jù)兒童的戶外活動特點(diǎn)和居住區(qū)環(huán)境特點(diǎn)，對珠三角地區(qū)居住區(qū)戶外兒童活動空間設(shè)計(jì)存在的問題進(jìn)行分析，從而提出居住區(qū)戶外兒童活動空間設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法。對戶外兒童活動空間的選址、空間組織、場地設(shè)計(jì)、器材選擇、植物配置、安全性等不同方面的設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行模塊化設(shè)計(jì)分析研究，首次提出戶外兒童活動空間模塊化設(shè)計(jì)理念，提倡兒童活動空間以不同的功能需求作為模塊化進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，滿足兒童活動區(qū)的基本功能需求。珠三角地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)，房地產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)起步較早，也較完善，居住區(qū)開發(fā)也較成熟，珠三角地區(qū)的居住區(qū)兒童活動區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的代表意義。本文第五章選取了珠三角地區(qū)的佛山市三水區(qū)時(shí)代城四期居住小區(qū)作為實(shí)例，通過對該項(xiàng)目的戶外兒童活動空間的具體設(shè)計(jì)過程和原則進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和評價(jià)，提出了居住區(qū)戶外兒童活動區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)的具體操作方法，并提出泛戶外兒童活動空間概念。希望借此實(shí)例的設(shè)計(jì)分析對目前珠三角地區(qū)居住區(qū)戶外兒童活動區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的意義。
[Abstract]:Outdoor venues play a very important role in children's physical and mental development. With the rapid development of real estate industry, a large number of land has been developed into residential areas. This paper hopes to provide a reference for the design of outdoor children's activity site in the Pearl River Delta area through the research on the outdoor children's activity site design in the Pearl River Delta area. The first chapter of this paper mainly describes the foreign laws and regulations on children's outdoor play environment, the research of concept, and the study of outdoor children's activity space in domestic residential area is mainly from the point of view of architectural planning. Through the study of outdoor children's activity space at home and abroad, this paper provides some reference for the study of outdoor children's activity area in residential area. In the second chapter, by analyzing the physical behavior and psychological characteristics of children of different ages, we understand the characteristics of children's outdoor activities and the needs of outdoor activities. Thus, the outdoor children's activity space in residential area can provide some theoretical basis according to the age group, and make the activity content of children's activity area more targeted. The children's outdoor activity space in the residential area is unable to exist independently from the whole landscape environment of the residential area. The third chapter analyzes the influence of different environmental factors on the children's outdoor activities in the residential area. This paper expounds that in the design of outdoor children's activity space in residential area, it is not isolated, but separate from the whole environment of residential area. Other environmental factors of outdoor landscape of residential area and the whole environment should be considered together, and how to make use of the favorable environmental factors in residential area and avoid harmful factors in the design of outdoor children's activity space should be taken into account. According to the characteristics of children's outdoor activities and the environmental characteristics of residential areas, the fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the design of outdoor children's activities space in the Pearl River Delta area, and then puts forward the principles and methods of the outdoor children's active space design in residential areas. The modular design of outdoor children's activity space, such as location, space organization, site design, equipment selection, plant configuration, safety and so on, is studied. The modular design concept of outdoor children's activity space is put forward for the first time. Children's activity space should be designed with different functional requirements as modularization to meet the basic functional needs of children's active areas. The Pearl River Delta region has developed economy, the real estate industry started earlier, also more perfect, the residential area development is also more mature, the Pearl River Delta residential district children's activity area design has certain representative significance. The fifth chapter of this paper selects the fourth phase residential district of Sanshui District, Foshan City, as an example, through the detailed analysis and evaluation of the concrete design process and principle of outdoor children's activity space of this project. This paper puts forward the concrete operation method of outdoor children's activity area design in residential area, and puts forward the concept of pan-outdoor children's activity space. It is hoped that the design and analysis of this example will be helpful to the design of outdoor children's activity area in the Pearl River Delta area.
