【摘要】：我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,城市化的水平越來(lái)越高,而伴隨著城市化水平進(jìn)步的就是我國(guó)的房地產(chǎn)事業(yè)。近些年來(lái)房地產(chǎn)事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,高樓大廈平地而起,也促生了房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理的系統(tǒng)性規(guī)劃,但房地產(chǎn)作為一項(xiàng)投資性事業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力十分巨大,成千上萬(wàn)家房地產(chǎn)商明爭(zhēng)暗斗,房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的作用越來(lái)越明顯,因此,本文將首先分析現(xiàn)代化房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目管理的基本特征與管理流程,并根據(jù)這兩項(xiàng)內(nèi)容分析其管理的組織結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng),并深入探究其系統(tǒng)功能,以求為現(xiàn)代化房地產(chǎn)事業(yè)的發(fā)展提供理論支持和實(shí)際借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the level of urbanization is getting higher and higher, and the real estate industry of our country is accompanied by the progress of urbanization level. In recent years, the booming development of real estate industry, the rise of high-rise buildings, also promoted the systematic planning of real estate project management, but the real estate as an investment enterprise, the competitiveness of real estate is very great. Tens of thousands of real estate developers are fighting openly and secretly, and the function of real estate project management system planning is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, this paper will first analyze the basic characteristics and management process of modern real estate project management. In order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the development of modern real estate, this paper analyzes the organizational structure system of its management according to these two contents, and probes into its system function.
