【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位開(kāi)始不斷提高,對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響日益增強(qiáng)。通過(guò)查閱安徽省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)分析安徽省阜陽(yáng)市房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從中找到問(wèn)題,并提出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous development of China's economy, the status of real estate industry in the national economy began to improve, and the impact on the national economy is increasing day by day. This paper analyzes the current situation of the real estate industry in Fuyang City of Anhui Province by consulting the data of the Statistical Yearbook of Anhui Province, finds out the problems, and puts forward some appropriate suggestions.
