【摘要】：疏解北京非首都核心功能,將會(huì)促使京津冀城市群深度整合區(qū)域科技資源。異地資本產(chǎn)業(yè)化、技術(shù)人員流動(dòng)、跨區(qū)知識(shí)技能轉(zhuǎn)化等因素也會(huì)重新塑造京津冀高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的模塊化空間結(jié)構(gòu)�；趨^(qū)域科技資源耦合的視角,本文構(gòu)建京津冀高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的模塊化共生機(jī)制。同時(shí),設(shè)計(jì)迭代模型進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)模擬,結(jié)論為:當(dāng)形成互利性模塊化創(chuàng)新時(shí),京津冀各創(chuàng)新單元及區(qū)域高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體創(chuàng)新規(guī)模會(huì)顯著擴(kuò)大;另一方面,提高通勤運(yùn)輸便利度和知識(shí)技能轉(zhuǎn)化率將會(huì)促使北京科技資本、技術(shù)人員向周邊城市流動(dòng)與遷移,縮小城市間產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新規(guī)模及知識(shí)總量的差距,使其在區(qū)域空間內(nèi)呈均勻分布,有益于推動(dòng)京津冀高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Dissolving the core functions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei cities will promote the deep integration of regional science and technology resources. The industrialization of capital in different places, the flow of technical personnel and the transformation of knowledge and skills across regions will also remodel the modular spatial structure of high-tech industry innovation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Based on the coupling of regional science and technology resources, this paper constructs the modular symbiosis mechanism of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei high-tech industry innovation. At the same time, the iterative model is designed to simulate the data. The conclusion is that when the mutually beneficial modular innovation is formed, the overall innovation scale of each innovation unit and regional high-tech industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will be significantly expanded; on the other hand, Increasing the commuting convenience and the conversion rate of knowledge and skills will promote the capital of science and technology in Beijing, the technicians will flow and migrate to the surrounding cities, and the gap between the scale of industrial innovation and the total amount of knowledge among cities will be narrowed, so that it will be evenly distributed in the regional space. It is beneficial to promote the innovation and development of high-tech industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
