【摘要】：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)作為鏈接第一產(chǎn)業(yè)和第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的紐帶,是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的建設(shè)離不開農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的發(fā)展。在大宗農(nóng)產(chǎn)品豐年有余、相對過剩的情況下,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,有利于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的改善,有利于農(nóng)民收入的提高,對增強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的競爭力,滿足城鄉(xiāng)居民生活需求具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。吉林省快速發(fā)展并壯大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè),現(xiàn)已與汽車、石化成為吉林省省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的三大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。截止2013年,吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)銷售收入已有了突破式的進(jìn)展,收入達(dá)到4000億元,與上年相比增長13%了以上。但農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、層次偏低,科技含量較低,資源沒有得到充分利用。因此,要進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化和提升農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),就要選擇適合吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),充分發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的引領(lǐng)和帶動作用,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)增長質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展合理化。本文主要探討研究了吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇,以產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的一般理論和主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)等相關(guān)理論為理論基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合國內(nèi)外對主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究趨勢,對吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實地調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計分析并發(fā)現(xiàn)了存在的問題,以此作為本文研究的現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。通過定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法,構(gòu)建了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇指標(biāo)體系,客觀地分析測算了各子行業(yè)發(fā)展,采用熵值法進(jìn)行了實證研究,選出了吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),并提出相關(guān)政策建議。本文研究結(jié)論如下：通過綜合定量計算得出,吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)12個子行業(yè)中綜合評價推薦居前6位的分別是：農(nóng)副食品加工業(yè)(0.-390)、木材加工業(yè)(0.164)、飲料制造業(yè)(0.105)、食品制造業(yè)(0.074)、煙草制品業(yè)(0.067)、橡膠制造業(yè)(0.039)。但一個產(chǎn)業(yè)能否成為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),在進(jìn)行定量的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)之上,必須結(jié)合實際發(fā)展情況從各個角度和多方因素綜合分析。因此,結(jié)合吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)實際發(fā)展情況,本文選取的吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)依次為農(nóng)副食品加工業(yè),木材加工業(yè),食品制造業(yè)及飲料制造業(yè)。
[Abstract]:As a link between the primary industry and the secondary industry, the agricultural product processing industry is one of the basic and strategic pillar industries of the national economy. The construction of modern agriculture is inseparable from the development of agricultural products processing industry. The rapid development of the agricultural product processing industry is conducive to the improvement of the industrial structure of the agricultural product processing industry, to the improvement of farmers' income, and to the enhancement of the competitiveness of agricultural products. Meeting the living needs of urban and rural residents has important theoretical and practical significance. Jilin Province has developed rapidly and expanded its agricultural products processing industry, which has become the three pillar industries of Jilin Province's economic development. As of 2013, Jilin Province's agricultural products processing industry sales revenue has been breakthrough progress, revenue reached 400 billion yuan, an increase of more than 13 percent over the previous year. However, the industrial structure of agricultural product processing industry is unreasonable, the level is low, the science and technology content is low, and the resources are not fully utilized. Therefore, in order to further optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of agricultural products processing industry, we must select the leading industry suitable for Jilin's agricultural products processing industry, give full play to the leading and leading role of leading industries, and improve the quality of economic growth. Promote the rationalization of industrial structure development. This paper mainly discusses the choice of leading industry of agricultural products processing industry in Jilin Province, which is based on the general theory of industrial economics and related theories of leading industry. Combined with the research trend of leading industries at home and abroad, this paper makes a field investigation and statistical analysis on the present situation of agricultural products processing industry in Jilin Province and finds out the existing problems, which is taken as the realistic basis for the research in this paper. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the selection index system of leading industry of agricultural product processing industry is constructed, the development of each sub-industry is objectively analyzed and measured, and the empirical study is carried out by using entropy method. The leading industry of agricultural products processing industry in Jilin Province is selected, and relevant policy suggestions are put forward. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: through comprehensive quantitative calculation, In the 12 sub-industries of agricultural products processing industry in Jilin Province, the top 6 are: agricultural food processing industry 0.-390, wood processing industry 0.164, beverage manufacturing 0.105, food manufacturing 0.074, tobacco products 0.067, rubber 0.039. However, whether an industry can become a leading industry, on the basis of quantitative technological economic basis, must be comprehensively analyzed from various angles and various factors according to the actual development situation. Therefore, according to the actual development of agricultural products processing industry in Jilin Province, the leading industries of agricultural products processing industry in this paper are agricultural subsidiary food processing industry, wood processing industry, food manufacturing industry and beverage manufacturing industry in turn.
