【摘要】：本論文以長壽經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)為研究載體,通過分析國內(nèi)外煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和未來發(fā)展趨勢,結(jié)合重慶市現(xiàn)有化工產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,我市化工行業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃和市場需求,確定出未來煤化工發(fā)展思路。即以天然氣化工和煤化工結(jié)合發(fā)展煤頂氣項(xiàng)目,盤活重慶現(xiàn)有甲醇、合成氨、尿素、化肥等裝置;積極推進(jìn)MTO、MTA項(xiàng)目,解決烯烴、芳烴的原料供給;結(jié)合重慶現(xiàn)有化工產(chǎn)業(yè)及市場需求,重點(diǎn)發(fā)展醋酸乙烯、聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、聚酯、精細(xì)化工和橡膠制品六大產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,滿足重慶及周邊汽車、電子信息、建筑、紡織、家電等市場需求。分別考察新疆、陜西和本地煤炭供應(yīng)方案情況,經(jīng)過綜合比選,建議選擇陜西作為煤炭資源供應(yīng)標(biāo)的方,后期等鐵路運(yùn)輸條件成熟后,可適當(dāng)購買新疆煤炭作為備選。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the Longshou Economic and technological Development Zone as the research carrier, through analyzing the domestic and foreign coal chemical industry development status and future development trend, combined with the existing chemical industry situation in Chongqing, our city chemical industry development plan and market demand. The future development of coal chemical industry is determined. That is to develop the coal top gas project with the combination of natural gas chemical and coal chemical industry, activate the existing methanol, synthetic ammonia, urea and chemical fertilizer units in Chongqing, actively promote the MTO MTA project and solve the feedstock supply of olefin and aromatics; In light of the existing chemical industry and market demand in Chongqing, it is important to develop six industrial chains of vinyl acetate, polyurethane, polycarbonate, polyester, fine chemicals and rubber products to meet the needs of Chongqing and its surrounding automobile, electronic information, construction, textile, etc. Home appliances and other market demand. After comprehensive comparison and selection, it is suggested that Shaanxi should be chosen as the supplier of coal resources. After the railway transportation conditions are ripe, Xinjiang coal can be purchased as an alternative.
