【摘要】：正一、清真產(chǎn)業(yè)的定義及特點(diǎn)清真產(chǎn)業(yè)(Halal industry)是以伊斯蘭文化為背景參與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)而形成的兼具文化特色和民族特色的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)類(lèi)別。細(xì)究其含義,"清真"之要義來(lái)源于文化,體現(xiàn)了伊斯蘭教的教義和信仰;"產(chǎn)業(yè)"之要義來(lái)源于經(jīng)濟(jì),在西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界,產(chǎn)業(yè)指的是生產(chǎn)同種或同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的企業(yè)的集合。同一產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)象和經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍是圍繞著共同的產(chǎn)品而
[Abstract]:First, the definition and characteristics of halal industry (Halal industry) is a new type of industry with both cultural and national characteristics formed by taking part in market economy activities under the background of Islamic culture. The meaning of "halal" comes from culture, which embodies the doctrine and belief of Islam, and the meaning of "industry" comes from economy. In western economic circles, industry refers to the collection of enterprises that produce the same or similar products. The object and scope of operation of the same industry revolves around the same product.
