基于產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的咸陽市鄉(xiāng)村旅游價值體系研究

【摘要】:[目的]以咸陽市為研究區(qū)探究基于產(chǎn)業(yè)融合背景下鄉(xiāng)村旅游的價值體系構(gòu)成,以期為咸陽鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供有益借鑒。[方法]文章采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查分析法、統(tǒng)計分析法等開展研究,通過問卷調(diào)查法了解游客參與鄉(xiāng)村旅游情況,通過即時訪談法了解導(dǎo)游和當(dāng)?shù)厣虘魧ο剃栢l(xiāng)村旅游的認(rèn)識,并歸納產(chǎn)業(yè)融合給鄉(xiāng)村旅游帶來的有利價值。[結(jié)果]產(chǎn)業(yè)融合給鄉(xiāng)村旅游帶來了多種有利價值:(1)功能價值,主要滿足游客對鄉(xiāng)村旅游內(nèi)容需求的多樣性,即56.0%的游客想?yún)⒂^民俗民居景點,37.0%的游客想?yún)⑴c生態(tài)休閑、瓜果采摘項目,5.0%的游客想體驗農(nóng)事活動;(2)資源價值,61.5%的鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源屬于一二級旅游資源,發(fā)展水平低,產(chǎn)業(yè)融合解決了鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源落后問題;(3)情感價值,不同游玩同伴尋求的情感體驗價值不同,產(chǎn)業(yè)融合使游客的情感體驗更深刻和多元化;(4)品牌價值,目前僅有20.0%的省外居民參與了咸陽鄉(xiāng)村旅游,產(chǎn)業(yè)融合推動省外游客涌入,提高了其品牌意識;(5)市場價值,鄉(xiāng)村旅游不再分淡旺季,擴充了旅游業(yè)市場;(6)人才價值,目前旅游管理團(tuán)隊和從業(yè)人員中的高知識水平的專業(yè)人才僅占20.0%,基于產(chǎn)業(yè)融合背景,吸引了更多人才加入鄉(xiāng)村旅游隊伍,調(diào)整了咸陽市的人才結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)了人力資本的高效利用。[結(jié)論]基于產(chǎn)業(yè)融合背景下的鄉(xiāng)村旅游具有六大價值:功能整合價值、資源融合價值、情感交融價值、品牌宣揚價值、市場擴充價值和人才創(chuàng)新價值。在以后發(fā)展中,要從產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的角度來重新審視自身,擴展視野和發(fā)展思路,實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore the value system of rural tourism based on the background of industrial convergence in Xianyang City, in order to provide a useful reference for the development of Xianyang rural tourism industry. [methods] the article adopts the method of literature research and investigation and analysis. Through statistical analysis and other research, through questionnaire survey to understand the situation of tourists participating in rural tourism, through real-time interviews to understand the tour guides and local businessmen to Xianyang rural tourism understanding, And induces the beneficial value brought by industrial integration to rural tourism. [results] Industrial convergence brings various beneficial value to rural tourism, mainly meets the diversity of tourists' demand for rural tourism content. That is, 56.0% of the tourists want to visit folk residential scenic spots and 37.0% of the tourists want to participate in ecological leisure, 5.0% of the tourists want to experience agricultural activities, 61.5% of the rural tourism resources belong to the first and second grade tourism resources, and the level of development is low. Industrial convergence solves the backward problem of rural tourism resources. The emotional value of different playmates is different. Industry convergence makes the emotional experience of tourists more profound and diversified. At present, only 20.0% non-provincial residents have participated in rural tourism in Xianyang. The integration of industries promotes the influx of tourists from outside the province and raises the market value of their brand awareness. Rural tourism is no longer divided into the peak season and expands the tourism market by 6) talents. At present, there are only 20.0 professionals with a high level of knowledge among tourism management teams and practitioners. Based on the background of industrial integration, more talents have been attracted to join the rural tourism team and the talent structure of Xianyang City has been adjusted. It promotes the efficient utilization of human capital. [conclusion] based on the background of industrial convergence, rural tourism has six values: the value of functional integration, the value of resource integration, the value of emotional blending, and the value of brand promotion. Market expansion value and talent innovation value. In the future development, we should re-examine ourselves from the angle of industrial integration, expand our vision and development ideas, and realize the leap-forward development of rural tourism.
