【摘要】：陽(yáng)信鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)是陽(yáng)信縣的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),經(jīng)過(guò)50余年的發(fā)展?fàn)畲?形成現(xiàn)在的規(guī)模與效益。但是隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)行情的不斷變化,鴨梨種植面積不斷減小,銷(xiāo)售價(jià)格不穩(wěn)定等問(wèn)題日趨嚴(yán)重,如何使鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)走向健康有序可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是我們急需解決的問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)陽(yáng)信縣59家鴨梨恒溫庫(kù),13家企業(yè),17家鴨梨種植專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社以及部分鴨梨種植大戶(hù)的調(diào)查和走訪(fǎng),查閱陽(yáng)信縣歷年來(lái)的歷史檔案和與鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料等方式,獲得基礎(chǔ)資料。對(duì)陽(yáng)信鴨梨資源現(xiàn)狀、鴨梨生產(chǎn)、貯藏、加工、資源利用、鴨梨品牌建設(shè)及農(nóng)民合作社發(fā)展等情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查和整理,從鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅四方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析,并對(duì)此提出意見(jiàn)和建議。1、陽(yáng)信鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)存在六大優(yōu)勢(shì):自然優(yōu)勢(shì),陽(yáng)信縣優(yōu)越的地理位置、略偏堿性土壤、合理的地下水埋深等條件,造就了陽(yáng)信鴨梨獨(dú)特的口味和優(yōu)良的品質(zhì);氣候優(yōu)勢(shì),陽(yáng)信縣地處溫帶,四季分明,日照充足,有利于鴨梨的生產(chǎn);水質(zhì)資源,發(fā)達(dá)的排澇灌溉系統(tǒng)為陽(yáng)信鴨梨生產(chǎn)提供保障;交通區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),陽(yáng)信縣擁有四通八達(dá)的公路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò),北望京津,處于渤海經(jīng)濟(jì)圈內(nèi),為鴨梨的運(yùn)輸提供便利條件;人文優(yōu)勢(shì),一代代的陽(yáng)信人逐漸豐富和完善著鴨梨生產(chǎn)和管理技術(shù),特別是朱萬(wàn)祥先生為陽(yáng)信鴨梨的發(fā)展做出了突出的貢獻(xiàn);社會(huì)優(yōu)勢(shì),陽(yáng)信縣委、縣政府十分重視?shū)喞娈a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,積極創(chuàng)新思路,做大做強(qiáng)鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)。2、陽(yáng)信鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的七大劣勢(shì):育苗方面,育苗面積小,大部分苗木需要從外地調(diào)入;資源單一,除鴨梨外的其他果品種植面積較少;鴨梨產(chǎn)品單一,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品幾乎相同,新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)能力欠缺;品牌保護(hù)差,部分梨農(nóng)只顧眼前利益,不注重品牌質(zhì)量;晚熟品種多,除早酥以外,其他多為晚熟品種,上市時(shí)間相對(duì)集中;銷(xiāo)售體系不健全,企業(yè)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)能力差,銷(xiāo)售網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋面積小;接待能力差,陽(yáng)信縣住宿、餐飲、購(gòu)物等相關(guān)配套設(shè)施不及周邊縣市,客戶(hù)引得來(lái)留不住。3、陽(yáng)信鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的機(jī)遇:國(guó)家政策支持,陽(yáng)信縣被省林業(yè)廳批準(zhǔn)為山東省特色經(jīng)濟(jì)林產(chǎn)業(yè)重點(diǎn)縣,為陽(yáng)信鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了更大的發(fā)展空間;鴨梨制品市場(chǎng)前景廣闊,陽(yáng)信鴨梨制品市場(chǎng)認(rèn)可度較高,可以將產(chǎn)品推銷(xiāo)到更遠(yuǎn)的市場(chǎng);鴨梨保健功能受關(guān)注,隨著養(yǎng)生和瘦身的要求提高,鴨梨保健食品急需開(kāi)發(fā)。4、陽(yáng)信鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)受到的威脅:鴨梨資源缺乏保護(hù),種植面積日趨減少;災(zāi)害性天氣頻發(fā),梨農(nóng)利益得不到保障;生產(chǎn)成本增高,梨農(nóng)收益明顯下降。5、陽(yáng)信縣發(fā)展鴨梨產(chǎn)業(yè)的對(duì)策及建議:政府政策調(diào)控方面,出臺(tái)措施保護(hù)資源,大力扶植龍頭企業(yè),健全果品安全機(jī)制,協(xié)調(diào)開(kāi)展果樹(shù)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)等;市場(chǎng)調(diào)控方面,優(yōu)化梨果品種錯(cuò)峰上市,建立鴨梨批發(fā)市場(chǎng)規(guī)范銷(xiāo)售,培養(yǎng)專(zhuān)業(yè)果品經(jīng)紀(jì)人等;經(jīng)營(yíng)方式調(diào)控方面,扶植農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社,大力發(fā)展林下經(jīng)濟(jì),開(kāi)發(fā)旅游資源等。
[Abstract]:Yangxin Yali pear industry is a traditional industry in Yangxin County. After more than 50 years of development, it has formed the scale and benefits now. However, with the development of economy and the constant changes of the market, the growing area of Yali pear has been continuously reduced. The problems of unstable sales price are becoming more and more serious. How to make the pear industry develop healthily and in an orderly and sustainable way, It is an urgent problem that we need to solve. This paper makes an investigation and interview on 59 Yali pear thermostatic storehouses in Yangxin County and 17 specialized cooperatives of Yali pear planting specialized cooperatives and some large Yali pear growers in Yangxin County. Referring to the historical archives of Yangxin County over the years and the literature and materials related to the Yali pear industry, and obtaining the basic data, the present situation of the resources of Yangxin Yali pear, the production, storage, processing and utilization of the pear, The situation of brand construction of Yali pear and the development of farmers' cooperative were investigated and sorted out, and the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the pear industry were systematically analyzed. There are six advantages in Yangxin pear industry: natural advantage, favorable geographical location in Yangxin County, slightly alkaline soil, reasonable groundwater depth and so on. It brings up the unique taste and excellent quality of Yangxin Yali pear, the climate advantage, Yangxin county is located in the temperate zone, the four seasons are distinct, the sunshine is abundant, it is advantageous to the production of Yali pear, the water quality resources, the developed drainage irrigation system provides the guarantee for the Yangxin Yali pear production; Traffic location advantage, Yangxin County has a road traffic network, Beiwangjing and Tianjin, located in the Bohai economic circle, provides convenient conditions for the transport of Yali pear; humanistic advantage, The generation after generation of Yangxin people gradually enriched and improved the production and management techniques of Yali pear, especially Mr. Zhu Wanxiang made outstanding contributions to the development of Yangxin Yali pear; social advantages, Yangxin County Committee, county government attached great importance to the development of Yali pear industry. Positive innovation thought, bigger and stronger Yali pear industry. 2, Yangxin pear industry has seven disadvantages: seedling raising area is small, most seedlings need to be transferred from other places, resources are single, the other fruit planting area except Yali pear is less; The products of Yali pear are single, the products produced by enterprises are almost the same, the new product development ability is lacking; the brand protection is poor, some pear farmers only care about the immediate interests, do not pay attention to the brand quality; the late mature varieties are many, except the early crisp, the others are the late mature varieties. The time for listing is relatively concentrated; the sales system is not perfect, the enterprise's marketing ability is poor, and the sales network covers a small area; the reception capacity is poor, and the related facilities such as accommodation, catering, shopping and other related facilities in Yangxin County are not as good as those in the surrounding counties and cities. Customers can not stay. 3, Yangxin pear industry is faced with opportunities: national policy support, Yangxin County was approved by the provincial forestry bureau for Shandong Province characteristic economic forest industry key counties, for Yangxin pear industry development to provide a greater space for development; Yali pear products market has a broad prospect, Yangxin pear products market recognition is high, can promote the products to the further market; the health care function of Yali pear is concerned, with the requirements of health care and weight loss increased, The health food of Yali pear is in urgent need of development. 4. Yangxin pear industry is threatened by the lack of protection of the resources of Yali pear, the decrease of planting area, the frequent occurrence of disastrous weather, the lack of protection for the interests of pear farmers, and the increase of production costs. The income of pear farmers obviously decreased .5.The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Yali pear industry in Yangxin County were as follows: in terms of government policy control, measures should be taken to protect resources, vigorously support leading enterprises, improve the safety mechanism of fruit products, and coordinate the development of fruit tree insurance business. In terms of market regulation and control, it is necessary to optimize the listing of pear varieties on the market, establish the wholesale market of Yali pear, standardize sales, train specialized fruit brokers, etc. In terms of management mode control, we should foster farmers' specialized cooperatives and vigorously develop the undergrowth economy. Develop tourism resources, etc.
