【摘要】：隨著我國居民生活水平提高、健康意識(shí)增強(qiáng),對香蕉的需求越來越多。我國香蕉種植歷史較長,種植面積廣闊,但單產(chǎn)量較低,規(guī)模小而分散,企業(yè)缺乏品牌意識(shí),在國際競爭中處于劣勢。因此如何提高香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)組織效率來提升我國香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力是目前亟待解決的問題。 本文依據(jù)海南省36個(gè)香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)組織2011年—2013年的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用SDEA模型和Malmquist指數(shù)模型來測算香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的效率值及其變化情況,從動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)兩個(gè)視角進(jìn)行對比分析�；谝陨戏治龅贸龅慕Y(jié)果,運(yùn)用比較前沿的多層統(tǒng)計(jì)模型方法,將影響香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)組織生產(chǎn)效率指數(shù)的微觀因素和宏觀因素同時(shí)納入模型,試圖探索組織內(nèi)部對綜合技術(shù)效率指數(shù)的影響,以及地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展是如何通過影響組織內(nèi)部因素來影響香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的綜合技術(shù)效率指數(shù)。 研究結(jié)果表明：第一,海南省香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)組織技術(shù)水平和管理水平的發(fā)展跟不上產(chǎn)業(yè)組織發(fā)展的速度,投入中產(chǎn)生了冗余和不足；第二,種植面積和地區(qū)人均GDP對香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)組織效率有著正向影響,專職管理人員和地區(qū)城市化率對香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)組織效率有著負(fù)影響。 基于以上研究的結(jié)果,筆者對提高海南省香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)組織效率提出了對策建議：提高生產(chǎn)技術(shù)水平和管理水平,優(yōu)化管理人員結(jié)構(gòu)；樹立品牌意識(shí),增加品牌效應(yīng)；加快經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,提高地區(qū)人均GDP,預(yù)防城市化帶來的阻礙。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards and health awareness, there is more and more demand for bananas in our country. The banana planting history in China is longer and the planting area is wide, but the single yield is lower, the scale is small and scattered, and the enterprises lack brand awareness. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of banana industry organization to enhance the international competitiveness of our banana industry is an urgent problem. Based on the survey data of 36 banana industry organizations in Hainan province from 2011 to 2013, the SDEA model and Malmquist index model were used to measure the efficiency and changes of banana industry organizations. Based on the results of the above analysis, the microcosmic and macroscopic factors affecting the production efficiency index of banana industry organization were brought into the model by using the multilayer statistical model method. This paper attempts to explore the influence of the internal organization on the comprehensive technical efficiency index and how the development of the regional economy can influence the comprehensive technical efficiency index of the banana industry organization through influencing the internal factors of the organization. The results show that: first, the technological level and management level of banana industry in Hainan Province can not keep up with the speed of industrial organization development, and there is redundancy and deficiency in the input. Planting area and per capita GDP had a positive effect on the efficiency of banana industry organization, while full-time managers and regional urbanization rate had a negative effect on the efficiency of banana industry organization. Based on the above research results, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of banana industry organization in Hainan Province: to improve the level of production technology and management, to optimize the structure of managers, to establish brand awareness and to increase brand effect; Speed up economic development, increase regional per capita GDP, and prevent the obstacles caused by urbanization.
