【摘要】:農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)市場是我國商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)市場的重要組成部分。早在2005年,時(shí)任保監(jiān)會主席的吳定富就強(qiáng)調(diào)指出,發(fā)展縣域保險(xiǎn)市場,是保險(xiǎn)業(yè)支持“三農(nóng)”、服務(wù)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)全局的需要,是實(shí)現(xiàn)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要,是探索中國特色保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展道路的需要。2012年,保監(jiān)會發(fā)出通知,要求各保險(xiǎn)公司積極穩(wěn)妥推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展。財(cái)政部在2012年也發(fā)出通知,要求各地方財(cái)政從保費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼品種、保費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼區(qū)域、保障水平和補(bǔ)貼比例等方面進(jìn)一步加大中央財(cái)政農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)保費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼支持力度。 由此可見,農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)市場不僅具有廣闊的發(fā)展空間,而且還有很好的政策優(yōu)勢,農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)將是中國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)未來的發(fā)展方向。而對農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的市場潛力研究將為各商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)公司進(jìn)軍農(nóng)村市場提供一定的借鑒。 本文在提出農(nóng)村保險(xiǎn)基本概念的基礎(chǔ)上,參考國內(nèi)外研究成果,從保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、市場份額和覆蓋范圍等方面揭示出河南農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出河南農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的兩大制約因素,并從自然地理區(qū)域、農(nóng)村收入、人口、消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)分析了河南農(nóng)村商業(yè)市場潛在的巨大發(fā)展能力,提出了對河南農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)市場未來發(fā)展前景預(yù)測。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了推進(jìn)河南農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的具體建議。 本文的研究結(jié)論如下:(1)運(yùn)用絕對數(shù)據(jù)和相對數(shù)據(jù)分析,論證出河南農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展有較大的潛力,值得各商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)拓展。(2)對中小保險(xiǎn)企業(yè),在拓展農(nóng)村市場時(shí)充分運(yùn)用渠道力量,發(fā)揮合作意識特別采用從共保的方式可以達(dá)到事半功倍的效果。(3)發(fā)展農(nóng)村保險(xiǎn)事業(yè)除了保險(xiǎn)企業(yè)本身的改進(jìn)外,還需要政府和外部監(jiān)管力量從法制宣傳、監(jiān)管力度加強(qiáng)、保護(hù)、優(yōu)惠政策實(shí)行等方面進(jìn)行更一步支持。 本論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于系統(tǒng)地劃分了河南農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展歷程;全面分析了河南農(nóng)村商業(yè)市場潛在的巨大發(fā)展能力,在現(xiàn)實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)支持下,指導(dǎo)意義更強(qiáng);在此基礎(chǔ)上,立足保險(xiǎn)大省,本文提出的推進(jìn)河南農(nóng)村商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的具體建議,特別是從共保模式的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義重大。本論文主要的不足之處為:1、分析方法需要進(jìn)一步規(guī)范;2、文章研究所需的數(shù)據(jù)不是太充分,課題研究的深度不夠。3、沒有建立有效的數(shù)據(jù)模型。
[Abstract]:The rural commercial insurance market is an important part of the commercial insurance market in China. As early as 2005, Wu Dingfu, chairman of the CIRC, stressed that the development of the county insurance market is the need for the insurance industry to support the "three rural" and to serve the overall national economy. It is the need for the sustainable development of the insurance industry and the exploration of the insurance industry with Chinese characteristics. The development road needs.2012 years, the CIRC issued a notice asking the insurance companies to actively and steadily promote the development of agricultural insurance. The Ministry of Finance issued a notice in 2012, requiring the local finance to further increase the subsidies for the agricultural insurance premium of the central government from the aspects of premium subsidy varieties, premium subsidy areas, security level and the proportion of subsidies. Therefore, the rural commercial insurance market not only has a broad development space, but also has a good policy advantage. The rural commercial insurance will be the future direction of China's insurance industry, and the market potential of the rural commercial insurance will provide some reference for the Business insurance company to enter the rural market.
On the basis of the basic concept of rural insurance and referring to the research results at home and abroad, this paper reveals the current development status of Henan rural commercial insurance from the aspects of the scale of insurance development, product structure, market share and coverage, and puts forward two major restrictive factors for the development of rural commercial insurance in Henan, and from the natural geographical area and the rural areas. Income, population, consumption structure and industrial structure analysis the potential great potential development ability of the rural commercial market in Henan, and put forward the prediction of the future development prospects of the rural commercial insurance market in Henan. On this basis, this paper puts forward specific suggestions to promote the development of rural commercial insurance in Henan.
The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) using absolute data and relative data analysis, it is demonstrated that the development of rural commercial insurance in Henan has great potential, and it is worth the business insurance institutions to carry out business expansion. (2) for small and medium insurance enterprises, the channel power is fully used in the development of rural market, and the cooperative consciousness is especially used in the form of CO insurance. (3) in addition to the improvement of the insurance enterprise itself, the development of rural insurance needs more support from the government and the external regulatory force from the publicity of the legal system, the strengthening of the supervision, the protection and the implementation of the preferential policies.
The innovation of this thesis lies in systematically dividing the development course of Henan rural commercial insurance, analyzing the potential great potential development ability of the rural commercial market in Henan, and under the support of real data, the guiding significance is stronger. Based on this, the concrete development of rural commercial insurance in Henan is put forward in this paper. The main shortcomings of this paper are as follows: 1, the analysis method needs to be further standardized; 2, the data needed in the study is not too full, the depth of the research is not enough.3, and the effective data model is not established.
