【摘要】：自雇不但是解決失業(yè)問題的一種有效方式,而且還是一種具有正外部性的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)。當(dāng)前,部分經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家和政策制定者對自雇有一定的偏見。但是,如果站在自雇者視角來看,自雇不但是弱勢群體的一種生存機(jī)制,而且還是他們應(yīng)該享有的城市權(quán)利。因此,全社會(huì)應(yīng)當(dāng)尊重弱勢群體的自雇行為,并采取一定措施對弱勢群體選擇自雇給予幫助和支持。
[Abstract]:Self-employment is not only an effective way to solve the unemployment problem, but also a positive externality of social and economic activities. At present, some economists and policymakers are biased against self-employment. However, from the perspective of self-employed people, self-employment is not only a survival mechanism for vulnerable groups, but also the urban rights they should enjoy. Therefore, the whole society should respect the self-employment behavior of the vulnerable groups, and take certain measures to help and support the vulnerable groups in choosing self-employment.
