【摘要】：本文以城市關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施系統(tǒng)(Critical Infrastructure System,CIS)為研究對(duì)象,將關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之間組成的復(fù)雜物理網(wǎng)絡(luò)劃分為個(gè)體層面、中觀層面和系統(tǒng)層面三種類型,從物理關(guān)聯(lián)勢差的角度分析了城市CIS內(nèi)部物理關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)理。根據(jù)城市CIS物理關(guān)聯(lián)特性,引入元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)(Cellular Automata,CA),以一種物理資源為主導(dǎo)建立模型,采用"自底向上"的方法,從微觀關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施活動(dòng)推出宏觀城市CIS表現(xiàn)。選取元胞連通性、元胞正常狀態(tài)變化率和傳輸效率作為脆弱性評(píng)估指標(biāo),估算不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)城市CIS脆弱性的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,實(shí)現(xiàn)物理關(guān)聯(lián)脆弱性的動(dòng)態(tài)分析,并運(yùn)用加權(quán)平均值作為一段時(shí)間內(nèi)城市CIS脆弱值。最后,以S城市為例,對(duì)物理關(guān)聯(lián)脆弱性動(dòng)態(tài)分析方法的合理性和有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,評(píng)估結(jié)果為城市CIS保護(hù)提供支持。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the urban key infrastructure system (Critical Infrastructure System,CIS) is taken as the research object, and the complex physical network composed of key infrastructure is divided into three types: individual level, meso level and system level. The physical correlation mechanism of urban CIS is analyzed from the point of view of physical correlation potential difference. According to the physical correlation characteristics of urban CIS, cellular automaton (Cellular Automata,CA) is introduced, a model is established with a kind of physical resources as the leading factor, and the macro-urban CIS performance is derived from the micro-critical infrastructure activities by using the "bottom-up" method. Cell connectivity, cell normal state change rate and transmission efficiency are selected as vulnerability assessment indexes to estimate the dynamic changes of urban CIS vulnerability at different time points, and to realize the dynamic analysis of physical association vulnerability. The weighted average value is used as the vulnerability value of urban CIS for a period of time. Finally, taking S city as an example, the rationality and effectiveness of the dynamic analysis method of physical association vulnerability are verified, and the evaluation results provide support for urban CIS protection.
