【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟一體化的快速發(fā)展,國與國之間的競爭在一定程度上已表現(xiàn)為企業(yè)之間的競爭,其中,國有企業(yè)的國際競爭力更是成為一國綜合國力與經(jīng)濟實力的主要體現(xiàn)。面對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度趨緩、結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整趨優(yōu)等宏觀經(jīng)濟條件,加速國企并購重組,努力提升國企的國際影響力與競爭力已然成為國企的發(fā)展趨勢。十八屆三中全會以來,中央政府提出深化國有企業(yè)改革的政策方針,并推出十項改革試點,國企改革取得一定成效。但仍存在經(jīng)濟布局缺乏總體規(guī)劃、企業(yè)品牌大而不強、國有企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不完善等一系列問題。因此,尋求外部宏觀環(huán)境的政策支持,探尋國企可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動力是推進國有企業(yè)重組改革的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of world economic integration, the competition between countries has been shown as competition among enterprises to a certain extent. Among them, the international competitiveness of state-owned enterprises has become the main embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength and economic strength. In the face of the macroeconomic conditions, such as slowing down of economic development and structural adjustment, speeding up the merger and reorganization of state-owned enterprises, and striving to enhance the international influence and competitiveness of state-owned enterprises, it has become the development trend of state-owned enterprises. Since the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the central government has put forward policies and guidelines for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, and has launched ten pilot reform projects. However, there are still a series of problems, such as the lack of overall planning of economic layout, the large and weak brand of enterprises, the imperfect industrial chain of state-owned enterprises, and so on. Therefore, it is an important way to promote the reorganization and reform of state-owned enterprises to seek the policy support of external macro environment and the internal motive force for the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.
