【摘要】：產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督的抽查方案與要求按產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行,好像已實(shí)現(xiàn)了準(zhǔn)確、規(guī)范、一致的目標(biāo)。但是,由于在監(jiān)督抽查的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)——獲取聲稱質(zhì)量水平值上,沒有實(shí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)劃是現(xiàn)代版的刻舟求劍,與監(jiān)督抽查的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作相差甚遠(yuǎn)。要做好此項(xiàng)工作,首先是準(zhǔn)確確定聲稱質(zhì)量水平值,使之達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化要求,其次才是監(jiān)督抽查過程的規(guī)范化、程序化。否則,一切嚴(yán)格的抽查程序、準(zhǔn)確的檢測(cè)結(jié)果都是無濟(jì)于事,甚至?xí)a(chǎn)生相反的作用。
[Abstract]:The sampling inspection program and requirements of product quality supervision are carried out according to the product standard. It seems that the objective of accuracy, standardization and consistency has been achieved. However, because of the key link of supervision sampling-obtaining the claimed quality level value, Not carrying out the standard plan is a modern version of the standard, which is far from the standardization work of supervision and sampling. To do this work well, the first thing to do is to accurately determine the value of the claimed quality level and make it meet the standardization requirements. The second is to supervise the standardization and procedure of spot check. Otherwise, all strict sampling procedures and accurate test results are of no help, and even have the opposite effect.
