【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展逐漸成熟,隨著綠色建筑的提倡,住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。然而,隨著相關(guān)的規(guī)范及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)政策的頒布,住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展面臨的問(wèn)題越來(lái)越多,主要體現(xiàn)在與產(chǎn)業(yè)化相關(guān)的企業(yè)發(fā)展住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的積極性不高,甚至有些企業(yè)出現(xiàn)消極現(xiàn)象,許多企業(yè)對(duì)發(fā)展住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化望而卻步,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外先進(jìn)激勵(lì)政策的研究和對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)發(fā)展住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程中缺少經(jīng)濟(jì)及金融政策支持,國(guó)家應(yīng)當(dāng)提出相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)政策來(lái)促進(jìn)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的深入發(fā)展。論文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)查閱和分析對(duì)比、案例分析法深度剖析我國(guó)目前住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展中所遇到的問(wèn)題,首先對(duì)我國(guó)目前出臺(tái)的政策進(jìn)行梳理,然后對(duì)國(guó)外目前采取的激勵(lì)政策進(jìn)行分析,找出阻礙我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的因素所在。通過(guò)深入的研究對(duì)比分析后,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)目前產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展需要一些優(yōu)惠的經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)政策來(lái)刺激其發(fā)展,論文從財(cái)政和金融兩方面進(jìn)行政策建議提出相關(guān)的建議。論文最后通過(guò)實(shí)際案例分析,對(duì)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)化的主要指標(biāo)進(jìn)行定量分析,最后通過(guò)分析得出影響產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的主要指標(biāo)是經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo),因此只要經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)惠政策落地對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展有著很大推動(dòng)性。論文最后總結(jié)了阻礙目前中國(guó)現(xiàn)狀產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的癥結(jié)所在,希望通過(guò)相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)政策的出臺(tái),中國(guó)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化能夠得到很好發(fā)展,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)智慧建筑、做到節(jié)能環(huán)保的工程建造。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of housing industrialization in China has gradually matured. With the promotion of green buildings, housing industrialization has become the development direction of the construction industry in China. However, with the promulgation of relevant norms and standards, The development of housing industrialization is faced with more and more problems, mainly reflected in the low enthusiasm of the industrialization related enterprises to develop the housing industrialization, and even some enterprises appear negative phenomenon, many enterprises are deterred from developing the housing industrialization. Through the research and comparative analysis of foreign advanced incentive policies, it is found that there is a lack of economic and financial policy support in the process of developing housing industrialization in China. The country should put forward relevant economic incentive policies to promote the further development of housing industrialization. First of all, it combs the current policies of our country, then analyzes the incentive policies adopted by foreign countries, and finds out the factors that hinder the development of industrialization in our country. After in-depth research and comparative analysis, It is found that the development of industrialization in our country needs some preferential economic incentive policies to stimulate its development. Quantitative analysis is made on the main indicators that affect industrialization. Finally, it is concluded that the main index affecting the development of industrialization is the economic index. So long as the economic preferential policy falls to the development of industrialization has a great impetus. Finally, the paper summarizes the crux of the current situation of China's industrialization development, hoping that through the introduction of relevant economic incentives, China's housing industrialization can be well developed, the real realization of China's intelligent building, energy conservation and environmental protection of the engineering construction.
