【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于新常態(tài)背景下重要的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,城市作為當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要載體,決定了我國(guó)的轉(zhuǎn)型必須與城市發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變聯(lián)系在一起。國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,通過發(fā)展城市群可以更好地促進(jìn)城市群內(nèi)部城市自身的發(fā)展。而城市群發(fā)展方式必須由粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變,加強(qiáng)城市群協(xié)同創(chuàng)新是新時(shí)期良性發(fā)展的具體表現(xiàn)。因此,針對(duì)城市群創(chuàng)新能力及協(xié)同發(fā)展展開研究,不僅具有重要的理論意義,而且對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展更具有重要的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。本研究以地理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)和生態(tài)學(xué)等多門學(xué)科為基礎(chǔ),利用文獻(xiàn)綜述與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法、比較研究法、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法和聚類分析法等方法,對(duì)山東半島城市群內(nèi)八座城市的城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展情況和協(xié)同發(fā)展程度展開測(cè)度分析。在山東半島城市群城市創(chuàng)新能力測(cè)度方面,本研究采用熵值法和沃爾夫森指數(shù)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);同時(shí)在山東半島城市群城市創(chuàng)新協(xié)同發(fā)展情況測(cè)度方面,本研究采用熵值法和協(xié)同發(fā)展度進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。通過對(duì)山東半島城市群城市創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀和影響因素分析,構(gòu)建山東半島城市群城市創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,按照時(shí)空的總體分析路徑,對(duì)本區(qū)2004年、2009年和2014年三年的山東半島城市群城市創(chuàng)新能力和協(xié)同發(fā)展度進(jìn)行時(shí)空差異的定量分析。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明:在山東半島城市群城市創(chuàng)新能力時(shí)間分析方面,青島市的城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展水平始終最高,其次為濟(jì)南、煙臺(tái),日照市居于末位;在山東半島城市群城市創(chuàng)新能力空間分析方面,從2004年的以青島、濟(jì)南為雙核的狀態(tài)發(fā)展成為2014年的以青島、濟(jì)南、煙臺(tái)和濰坊為核心的多核狀態(tài),其城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展形成了以青島、濟(jì)南、煙臺(tái)和濰坊為軸的一體兩翼的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì);在差異方面,8個(gè)城市的城市創(chuàng)新能力的區(qū)域差異性在不斷減小,而城市群的兩級(jí)分化呈現(xiàn)先減小而后增加的趨勢(shì);在協(xié)同發(fā)展度方面:山東半島城市群的城市綜合發(fā)展與城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)越來越協(xié)同的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。本研究最后結(jié)合分析的結(jié)果和現(xiàn)狀,從山東半島城市群整體和個(gè)體兩個(gè)方面給出了城市群創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的提升路徑和協(xié)同發(fā)展路徑。具體內(nèi)容如下:第一章首先介紹了本研究的背景情況,說明了在此背景下的研究意義,另外對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行述評(píng);第二章主要介紹了與文章相關(guān)的概念和理論情況;第三章本研究對(duì)山東半島城市群地區(qū)的創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要說明;第四章本文確定了山東半島城市群創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系并選取了計(jì)算模型;第五章本研究就山東半島城市群創(chuàng)新能力展開測(cè)度,同時(shí)就其時(shí)空差異進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià);第六章對(duì)山東半島城市群創(chuàng)新能力協(xié)同發(fā)展分析,在這個(gè)過程中,本研究建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并選取了適合的評(píng)價(jià)方法;第七章本研究就山東半島城市群中存在的問題,提出了適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ê痛胧?在第八章,本研究簡(jiǎn)述了結(jié)論,并闡述了研究的不足和展望情況。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy is in an important transformation period under the background of new normal. As an important carrier of contemporary economic and social development, cities decide that China's transformation must be linked to the transformation of urban development mode. The development experience at home and abroad shows that the development of urban agglomeration can be better promoted by the development of urban agglomeration. The development mode of urban agglomeration must be transformed from extensive to intensive, and strengthening the synergistic innovation of urban agglomeration is the concrete manifestation of the benign development of the new period. Therefore, research on the innovation capability and collaborative development of urban agglomeration is of great theoretical significance and practical value for China's economic and social sustainable development. This research is based on the discipline of geography, economics, sociology and ecology, comparative method, combined with literature review and empirical research using phase research method, method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and clustering analysis, measure analysis is done to the creative development of the city in the city group in Shandong peninsula city eight and the coordinated development degree. In terms of the measurement of urban innovation capability of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration, entropy and Wolfson index were used to evaluate this area. Meanwhile, the entropy and collaborative development degree were used to evaluate the collaborative development of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration. The current situation and influencing factors of innovation ability of city of Shandong peninsula city group analysis, construction of city group of Shandong peninsula city innovation ability evaluation index system, according to the overall analysis of temporal path, in this area in 2004, 2009 and 2014 three years of city group of Shandong peninsula city innovation ability and the development of collaborative quantitative analysis of the spatial and temporal differences. According to the results of the analysis show that: in the time of the innovation ability of the city of Shandong peninsula city group analysis, the level of city innovation development in Qingdao city is always the highest, followed by Ji'nan, Yantai, Rizhao City at the bottom; the innovation ability of the city space in Shandong peninsula city group analysis, from 2004 in Qingdao, Ji'nan in 2014 to become dual core status in Qingdao, Ji'nan, Yantai and Weifang as the core of the core state, the city has formed the development trend of innovation and development in Qingdao, Ji'nan, Yantai and Weifang as one of two axis; in the differences, regional differences of 8 city innovation ability in decreasing, while the two grade city group decrease first and then increase.; in the joint development of the state: the development of city group of Shandong peninsula city comprehensive development and city development becomes more and more collaborative innovation . Finally, combined with the results and status quo of the analysis, the path and path of collaborative development of urban agglomeration innovation and development are given from two aspects of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration as a whole and individuals. The specific contents are as follows: the first chapter introduces the background of this study, explains the meaning of the study under this background, the research status of domestic and foreign literature review; the second chapter mainly introduces the concept and theory of the situation and the related; the third chapter on regional innovation ability of city group of Shandong peninsula on the development of the situation a brief description; the fourth chapter of this paper to determine the evaluation index system of Shandong peninsula city group innovation ability and select the calculation model; the fifth chapter is the research of the city group in Shandong Peninsula innovation ability measure, also evaluates the temporal and spatial differences; the sixth chapter is the analysis of the coordinated development of Shandong Peninsula City Group innovative ability in the process in this study, establishes the evaluation index and evaluation criteria, and select the appropriate evaluation methods; the seventh chapter of this research exists in city group of Shandong Peninsula issue, The appropriate methods and measures are put forward. In the eighth chapter, the research is summarized, and the shortage and Prospect of the research are expounded.
