【摘要】:近年來(lái),控制與信任兩變量對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效的影響受到了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究人員的關(guān)注與重視。然而在實(shí)踐中,還需要考慮控制與信任協(xié)同對(duì)項(xiàng)目組織——一種臨時(shí)性契約組織中的工作績(jī)效改善的作用。在公共項(xiàng)目治理框架中,發(fā)包人-承包人之間以契約為紐帶建立了控制與被控制關(guān)系,但在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不確定性、信息非對(duì)稱性以及信息不完全性的假設(shè)下,使得控制并不能有效抑制合同履約過程中的機(jī)會(huì)主義行為以及道德風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。已有研究顯示,發(fā)包人與承包人之間良好的信任以及合作關(guān)系將對(duì)項(xiàng)目績(jī)效水平的提高起到積極作用。同時(shí)建立長(zhǎng)期的信任合作關(guān)系仍然需要一定控制手段的介入,以實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目治理的良性發(fā)展。倘若不能厘清控制與信任的協(xié)同關(guān)系,將會(huì)造成盲從信任或控制,由此導(dǎo)致信任或控制對(duì)項(xiàng)目治理績(jī)效的作用無(wú)法達(dá)到最優(yōu)水平。因此,本文將針對(duì)上述問題,采用問卷調(diào)查、文獻(xiàn)研究、實(shí)證分析和理論推演等方法探究控制、信任協(xié)同作用下對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系。具體內(nèi)容如下:首先,對(duì)已有關(guān)于控制、信任以及項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效改善的研究成果進(jìn)行整理分析,梳理現(xiàn)階段國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于信任、控制以及項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效之間關(guān)系的研究成果,一方面進(jìn)一步明確了本研究的理論基礎(chǔ),另一方面為本研究相關(guān)理論假設(shè)的提出提供相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)支持。其次,基于項(xiàng)目治理理論,具體分析了控制與信任的文獻(xiàn)研究成果,并梳理了二者對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效改善的影響機(jī)制,構(gòu)筑了公共工程項(xiàng)目中發(fā)包人-承包人之間控制、信任以及兩者協(xié)同對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效改善的關(guān)聯(lián)模型,提出了本文研究的理論假設(shè)。再次,基于文獻(xiàn)分析與理論演繹,結(jié)合專家訪談和小組討論,對(duì)項(xiàng)目組織中控制、信任以及兩者協(xié)同對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效影響問題進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)研與訪談,并集合以往研究文獻(xiàn)建立了對(duì)應(yīng)的測(cè)量量表。通過問卷調(diào)查對(duì)測(cè)量量表的分析,進(jìn)行信度與效度的檢驗(yàn)。最后,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,分析和整理收集了154個(gè)有效樣本數(shù)據(jù),綜合檢驗(yàn)了文中提出的研究假設(shè),揭示項(xiàng)目中發(fā)包人-承包人之間控制、信任以及兩者協(xié)同下對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理績(jī)效的影響作用機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the influence of two variables on the performance of project management has attracted the attention of researchers both at home and abroad. In practice, however, it is necessary to consider the role of control and trust synergy in the performance improvement of the project organization, a temporary contract organization. In the public project governance framework, the employer and the contractor in the contract as a link between the established control and control relationship, but at the risk of uncertainty, information asymmetry and incomplete information under the assumption that the control can not effectively restrain the opportunism behavior in the process of contract and moral hazard. Research has shown that the good trust between the contractor and the contractor will play a positive role in improving the performance level of the project. At the same time, the establishment of long-term trust cooperation relationship still needs a certain control means to intervene, in order to achieve the benign development of project management. If we cannot clarify the synergy relationship between control and trust, we will cause blind obedience, trust or control, which leads to the failure of trust or control to achieve the best level of project governance performance. Therefore, in view of the above problems, we will use questionnaires, literature research, empirical analysis and theoretical deduction to explore the relationship between project management performance under the synergy of control and trust. The specific contents are as follows: firstly, analyze the existing trust and control, on the improvement of the performance of project management research, combing the present stage about the relationship between trust and control and project management performance of the domestic and foreign research results, on the one hand, to further clarify the theoretical basis of this study, on the other hand, in order to provide literature support this study theory hypothesis. Secondly, based on the theory of project management, analyzes the research of control and trust, and analyzes the influence mechanism of the two project management performance, build a public project contract between the contractor - control, trust and the combination of the two pipe association model performance improvement of project management, put forward the theoretical assumptions this study. Again, based on literature analysis and theory deduction, combined with expert interviews and group discussions on the project organization control, trust and the combination of the two effects of the project management performance for on-the-spot investigation and interview, and a collection of previous research literature established measurement table. The reliability and validity were tested by the questionnaire survey on the measurement scale. Finally, we use structural equation modeling to analyze and collect 154 effective sample data, comprehensively examine the research hypotheses put forward in the paper, reveal the influence mechanism of control, trust and synergy between project owners and contractors on project management performance.
