河南省農(nóng)村幼兒園教師權(quán)益保障研究
[Abstract]:A hundred years of life is based on childhood learning. Preschool education, as an important part of the whole national education system, is the foundation stage of our country's basic education. The quality of preschool education is related to the improvement of the whole national quality in the future. As the main force of preschool education, kindergarten teachers undertake the important task of educating children, and the quality of kindergarten education is closely related to their teachers' overall quality. Teachers' rights and interests as the basic rights of teachers should be protected by law. Whether the legitimate rights and interests of kindergarten teachers can be effectively protected directly affects their initiative and enthusiasm in kindergarten work. Also related to the quality of kindergarten education. As a special and huge group of kindergarten teachers in our country, the legitimate rights and interests of rural kindergarten teachers are not only related to the vital interests of each rural kindergarten teacher. It is also related to the improvement of the quality of kindergarten education and the well-being of hundreds of millions of families and children, and the construction of a harmonious society in our country. Taking the rural kindergarten teachers in Henan Province as the research object, this paper systematically studies the present situation and problems of the protection of the rights and interests of the vast number of rural kindergarten teachers in Henan Province, and puts forward some suggestions for protecting the rights and interests of the teachers. This research is divided into six parts: the first part, the introduction. This part mainly introduces the reason of this topic, the significance of the research, domestic and foreign research status and research methods used in this study. The second part is the general situation of kindergarten education in Henan province. This part makes a brief introduction to the status of kindergarten education in Henan Province, mainly from the basic situation of rural kindergartens in Henan Province and the current situation of teachers in rural kindergartens in Henan Province. The third part, the kindergarten teacher rights and interests protection related laws and regulations and the policy basis. This part mainly analyzes the laws and policies on the protection of kindergarten teachers' rights and interests in different periods from the national level and Henan level. The purpose of this paper is to understand and grasp the current situation of laws and regulations to protect the rights and interests of kindergarten teachers in rural areas in China, and to provide relevant legal basis for the protection of the rights and interests of kindergarten teachers in China. The fourth part, Henan Province rural kindergarten teacher's rights and interests safeguard present situation analysis. This part is mainly based on the questionnaire data and interview data, detailed research on the current situation of rural kindergarten teachers' rights and interests in Henan Province and make a corresponding analysis. The fifth part, Henan Province rural kindergarten teacher rights and interests guarantee existence question. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the protection of the rights and interests of rural kindergarten teachers in Henan Province, this part finds out the problems existing in the protection of their rights and interests. This paper abstracts from their professional rights and all kinds of treatment some outstanding problems which hinder and baffle their rights and interests. The sixth part, Henan Province rural kindergarten teacher rights and interests protection suggestion. This part aims at the prominent problems in the process of protecting the rights and interests of rural kindergarten teachers in Henan Province, mainly from the government level, kindergarten level, rural kindergarten teacher level and parents level. Put forward how to protect their rights and interests under the existing conditions.
