【摘要】：幼兒教師與家長是幼兒成長過程中的關(guān)鍵人物,幼兒教師與家長通過有效的溝通,可以形成良好的合作關(guān)系,促進(jìn)幼兒的健康成長。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)幼兒園在學(xué)前教育發(fā)展中有著獨(dú)特的作用,指導(dǎo)著農(nóng)村學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展,而現(xiàn)有研究中缺少對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)幼兒園教師與家長溝通的探討。因此,對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)幼兒園教師與家長溝通的研究很有必要。首先,本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對幼兒教師與家長溝通的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了研究鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)幼兒園教師與家長溝通的緣由和意義,并運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法,對幼兒教師與家長溝通的價值、方式、方法、策略、效果、存在問題幾個方面的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。其次,本文運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法,從鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)幼兒園教師與家長溝通情境、溝通心理、溝通策略的運(yùn)用三個方面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,然后根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,分析鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)幼兒園教師與家長溝通存在的問題以及原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)幼兒園教師與家長溝通的對策:第一,營造良好的溝通情境;第二,優(yōu)化雙方的溝通心理;第三,提高雙方運(yùn)用溝通策略的能力。最后,對本研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),指出了研究的不足之處,提出了今后應(yīng)該努力的方向。
[Abstract]:Early childhood teachers and parents are the key figures in the process of early childhood growth. Through effective communication, teachers and parents can form a good cooperative relationship and promote the healthy growth of children. Township kindergartens play a unique role in the development of preschool education and guide the development of pre-school education in rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to study the communication between kindergarten teachers and parents. First of all, based on the domestic and foreign scholars' research results on communication between kindergarten teachers and parents, this paper expounds the reasons and significance of the communication between kindergarten teachers and parents, and applies the literature analysis method. This paper analyzes and summarizes the value, way, method, strategy, effect and existing problems of communication between preschool teachers and parents at home and abroad. Secondly, the present situation is investigated from three aspects: communication situation, communication psychology and communication strategy between teachers and parents in township kindergartens, and then according to the results of the survey. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of communication between kindergarten teachers and parents in villages and towns. On this basis, the author puts forward the countermeasures to promote the communication between teachers and parents in township kindergartens: first, to create a good communication situation; second, to optimize the communication psychology of both sides; third, to improve the ability of both sides to use communication strategies. Finally, the paper summarizes the research, points out the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the direction of future efforts.
