【摘要】：本研究懫用了文獻法、問卷法、觀察法和訪談法,自編《徐州市幼兒園童謠應(yīng)用的調(diào)查問卷》。該問卷初稿形成后,研究者選取了徐州市8所幼兒園的教師作為被試,用其做了前期測試,再經(jīng)修訂形成正式問卷。正式問卷發(fā)放給徐州市18所幼兒園(7所公立園所和11所民辦園所)的教師,共計263份,回收有效問卷246份,回收率達93.54%。研究者對問卷所得數(shù)據(jù)進行了描述統(tǒng)計、皮爾森相關(guān)系數(shù)(Person Correlation)和單因子(One-way ANOVA)分析及Scheffe事后比較。研究者還針對童謠應(yīng)用的情況在幼兒園進行了為期九周的非參與式觀察,對六名一線教師進行了訪談。通過問卷調(diào)查、觀察和訪談,著重研究了幼兒園童謠應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀、教師教與幼兒學的比較分析,并對幼兒園中童謠應(yīng)用影響因素的差異做了比較。研究結(jié)果表明:第一,徐州市幼兒園教師對童謠應(yīng)用的整體認識較為正確、全面,較符合促進幼兒身心全面發(fā)展的要求,在對童謠綜合性教育功能的發(fā)揮、教師評價自身的童謠應(yīng)用等方面還存在一定不合理之處。第二,徐州市幼兒園教師對童謠實際應(yīng)用情況不容樂觀,存在很多不合理的問題,如:童謠應(yīng)用頻次低下,應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域、活動類型較單調(diào),教育方式方法沒有充分考慮幼兒的喜好,教學目標的達成不夠理想等。第三,徐州市幼兒園童謠應(yīng)用的內(nèi)容與資源方面整體情況較為合理,但仍存在童謠作品來源單一,童謠教學資源應(yīng)用有較大偏向性和單調(diào)性等問題。第四,徐州市幼兒園教師教齡、受教育程度和任教班級因素對幼兒園童謠應(yīng)用有影響。其中,教齡因素對童謠應(yīng)用的考慮要素、幼兒喜歡的童謠類型、童謠常用領(lǐng)域、幼兒喜歡的教學方式、童謠教學方法、童謠教學資源、重要教學目標和常達教學目標方面有顯著影響;教師受教育程度對童謠教育功能、常用童謠類型、重要教學目標和常達教學目標幾方面存在顯著影響;不同任教班級對童謠來源、童謠類型、童謠教育功能、童謠教學方式和童謠教學目標方面有顯著影響。依據(jù)以上研究結(jié)論,提出有關(guān)教育建議。
[Abstract]:In this study, literature, questionnaire, observation and interview were used to compile the questionnaire for the application of nursery rhymes in Xuzhou kindergarten. After the first draft of the questionnaire was formed, the researchers selected teachers from 8 kindergartens in Xuzhou as subjects. The formal questionnaire was sent out to 18 kindergartens in Xuzhou, 7 public legislatures and 11 private gardens. The total number of teachers was 263, and 246 valid questionnaires were collected. The recovery rate was 93.54. The researchers described the data from the questionnaire. Pearson correlation and One-way ANOVAA) analysis and Scheffe hindsight comparison. The researchers also conducted a nine-week non-participatory observation of nursery rhymes in kindergartens, and interviewed six first-line teachers. The present situation of nursery rhyme application, the comparative analysis of teachers' teaching and learning, and the difference of influencing factors of nursery rhyme application in kindergarten are studied. The results are as follows: first, The whole understanding of the application of nursery rhymes in Xuzhou kindergarten is correct and comprehensive, which accords with the requirement of promoting the all-round development of children's body and mind, and exerts the comprehensive educational function of nursery rhymes. Second, the teachers of Xuzhou kindergarten teachers are not optimistic about the actual application of nursery rhymes, there are a lot of unreasonable problems, such as: low frequency of nursery rhyme application, application field, The types of activities are monotonous, the educational methods and methods do not fully consider the preferences of young children, and the achievement of teaching goals is not ideal. Thirdly, the application of nursery rhymes in Xuzhou kindergarten is reasonable in terms of content and resources. However, there are still some problems in the application of nursery rhyme teaching resources, such as the single source of nursery rhymes, the application of nursery rhyme teaching resources, and so on. Fourth, the teaching age, education level and teaching class factors of kindergarten teachers in Xuzhou City have influence on the application of nursery rhymes. The factors of teaching age have significant influence on the application of nursery rhymes, the types of nursery rhymes, the common fields of nursery rhymes, the teaching methods, the teaching resources, the important teaching goals and the common teaching goals. The educational level of teachers has a significant influence on the educational function of nursery rhymes, the types of common nursery rhymes, the important teaching objectives and the teaching objectives of children's rhymes, and the different teaching classes have significant effects on the origin, types and educational functions of nursery rhymes. The teaching methods and teaching goals of nursery rhymes have a significant impact. Based on the above conclusions, some educational suggestions are put forward.
