【摘要】：國家昌盛,系于教育;教育發(fā)展,關(guān)乎民生。從古至今,教育問題一直就是關(guān)乎著每一個家庭的頭等大事,現(xiàn)階段,教育深刻影響著中華民族的復(fù)興和中國夢的實現(xiàn)。以習(xí)近平總書記為核心的黨中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體高度重視教育改革問題;2012年11月15日,習(xí)近平總書記上任伊始,在與中外記者見面會上,談到了執(zhí)政目標(biāo),關(guān)注的第一項任務(wù)就是教育:“我們的人民熱愛生活,期盼有更好的教育、更穩(wěn)定的工作、更滿意的收入……期盼孩子們能成長得更好、工作得更好、生活得更好。人民對美好生活的向往,就是我們的奮斗目標(biāo)。”5年來,中共中央、國務(wù)院一直把教育改革放在優(yōu)先發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略地位,積極推進(jìn)民辦教育的發(fā)展。中共中央在推進(jìn)全面深化改革的過程中,對教育事業(yè)提出了全面深化、綜合改革的新要求,因而,民間資本持續(xù)進(jìn)入教育領(lǐng)域,完善了我國教育市場體系。隨著中國人口紅利的衰減,全面推行放開二胎政策以及家長們長久以來“贏在起跑線”思想的延續(xù),幼兒教育機(jī)構(gòu)在服務(wù)意識、教學(xué)質(zhì)量、素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)等方面做出了優(yōu)化改進(jìn)。嚴(yán)酷的競爭推動著幼兒教育機(jī)構(gòu)的經(jīng)營理念快速變化,引發(fā)幼兒教育市場迅速擴(kuò)張、教育資源重新整合,因此,教育機(jī)構(gòu)的戰(zhàn)略管理就顯得十分重要。本文基于戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論,從社會環(huán)境、政策環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境以及行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境等方面對保定劍橋教育集團(tuán)的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行詳盡梳理;同時對其管理現(xiàn)狀、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源等內(nèi)部狀況進(jìn)行細(xì)致闡述,總結(jié)分析了現(xiàn)階段保定劍橋教育集團(tuán)面臨的各種問題與挑戰(zhàn)。隨后采用SWOT分析法和QSPM定量矩陣分析法,制定集團(tuán)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的資源整合方法、構(gòu)建多品牌的多元服務(wù)體系、吸納復(fù)合人才的立體化保障手段、細(xì)化幼教市場的全方位營銷策略一系列應(yīng)對措施和保障方法。
[Abstract]:The prosperity of the country is related to education; the development of education is vital to the people's livelihood. From ancient times to the present, the issue of education has always been a top priority for every family. At this stage, Education has a profound impact on the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the realization of Chinese Dream. The collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee, with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core, attaches great importance to the issue of education reform. In November 15th 2012, General Secretary Xi Jinping took office, At the meeting with Chinese and foreign journalists, the first task of the government was to focus on education: "our people love life, expect a better education, a more stable job, a more satisfied income, and hope that the children will grow up better." The people's yearning for a better life is our goal. "over the past five years, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have placed educational reform in an important strategic position of priority development. The CPC Central Committee, in the process of promoting comprehensive reform, has put forward new requirements for comprehensive and comprehensive reform of education, so that private capital continues to enter the field of education. With the decline of China's population dividend, the comprehensive implementation of the policy of opening up the second child and the continuation of parents' long thought of "winning at the starting line", early childhood education institutions are serving their awareness and teaching quality. The rigorous competition has promoted the fast change of the management idea of the preschool education institutions, which has led to the rapid expansion of the early childhood education market and the re-integration of educational resources. The strategic management of educational institutions is very important. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the external environment of Baoding Cambridge Education Group from the aspects of social environment, policy environment, economic environment and industry competition environment. At the same time, the management status, organizational structure, human resources and other internal conditions are elaborated in detail, and various problems and challenges faced by Baoding Cambridge Education Group are summarized and analyzed. Then, SWOT analysis and QSPM quantitative matrix analysis are used. To formulate the long-term development strategy of the group, and put forward the resources integration method of extending the industrial chain, construct the multi-brand multi-service system, absorb the three-dimensional safeguard means of the compound talents, A series of countermeasures and safeguard methods to refine the marketing strategy of preschool education market.
