【摘要】：正中班開(kāi)學(xué)不久,在年級(jí)組開(kāi)展教研活動(dòng)時(shí),針對(duì)中班幼兒的年齡特點(diǎn)和值日生管理現(xiàn)狀,有教師提出開(kāi)展中班值日生主題活動(dòng),針對(duì)中班年齡特點(diǎn)探討如何更好地開(kāi)展值日生活動(dòng),讓"值日生制"的推行真正成為促進(jìn)幼兒共同發(fā)展的好機(jī)制。于是,在年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)的帶領(lǐng)下,有了以下的實(shí)踐。一、中班值日生來(lái)啦——了解值日生工作內(nèi)容(一)問(wèn)題中班幼兒理解能力有限,值日生這一個(gè)新名詞對(duì)于他們來(lái)說(shuō)是陌生的。值日生是什么意思?
