【摘要】：研究廣東省高職院校學前教育專業(yè)職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)途徑的主要目的是為了提高高職教育培養(yǎng)專業(yè)化技能人才的實力,更好地發(fā)揮高職教育的育人功能和社會功能,在理論和實踐上都具有一定研究價值。理論上,關于高職學前教育專業(yè)職業(yè)能力框架的研究能夠豐富領域內現(xiàn)有的理論研究成果,為進一步完善我國幼兒園教師職業(yè)能力標準提供理論借鑒;實踐上,高職學前教育專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調查和廣東學前教育行業(yè)人才需求現(xiàn)狀的調查所得出的研究結果和結論對廣東省內高職院校改革人才培養(yǎng)方式、提高學前教育專業(yè)職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的質量也具有一定的參考價值。整理分析國內外有關職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)和幼兒園教師職業(yè)能力標準方面研究的成果和不足是研究廣東高職學前教育專業(yè)學生職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)途徑的第一步。綜合運用文獻分析法、問卷調查法、統(tǒng)計分析法等研究方法展開的廣東省學前教育行業(yè)人才需求調查和廣東高職學前教育專業(yè)職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀調查是分析廣東高職學前教育專業(yè)職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)存問題的主要現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。調查結果顯示,雖然廣東高職學前教育專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)目標定位基本符合行業(yè)發(fā)展需求,但具體課程設計和教學實施的效果不佳,沒有達到預設的職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)目標,未來廣東省學前教育行業(yè)的發(fā)展對幼兒園教師的需求量較大,對幼兒園教師的職業(yè)能力要求以職業(yè)情感與態(tài)度為重,其次是專業(yè)知識和專業(yè)技能,廣東省內高職學前教育專業(yè)目前的職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)水平尚未能滿足行業(yè)期望值。因此,廣東省高職院校必須盡快改善專業(yè)課程實施未滿足行業(yè)職業(yè)能力需求、資格考證指導未提高學生實際職業(yè)能力、學生學習興趣低迷不利職業(yè)能力養(yǎng)成的現(xiàn)狀,以提高高職學前教育專業(yè)學生的職業(yè)能力水平。根據(jù)廣東省學前教育行業(yè)發(fā)展對幼兒園教師職業(yè)能力的要求,結合我國現(xiàn)行的《幼兒園教師專業(yè)標準(試行)》,廣東高職學前教育專業(yè)的職業(yè)能力框架可以被構建成一個包含三大模塊、八小條目和大量具體職業(yè)能力要素的有機整體,而構建學前教育專業(yè)的學習領域課程體系、改進職業(yè)能力發(fā)展水平評價方式和激發(fā)高職學生的專業(yè)學習動機是高職院校幫助學前教育專業(yè)學生習得這一職業(yè)能力框架的三種途徑,具體措施如下:以工作任務為基礎、以校園合作為平臺、以五大要素為指標,組織、實施和評價高職學前教育專業(yè)學習領域課程;采用以實踐考核結合理論考試、學校考核結合行業(yè)評估、形成性評價結合總結性評價的職業(yè)能力發(fā)展水平評價方式;通過培養(yǎng)學生的職業(yè)認同感、營造職業(yè)化的學習氛圍和發(fā)掘學生的學習興趣點三種方式激發(fā)學生的專業(yè)學習動機。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to improve the strength of vocational education in order to bring into play the educational and social functions of higher vocational education. In theory, the research on the professional competence framework of pre-school major in higher vocational education can enrich the existing theoretical research results in the field. To further improve the professional competence of kindergarten teachers in China to provide theoretical reference; In practice, the research results and conclusions of the investigation on the current situation of the talent training of pre-school education major in higher vocational education and the demand for talents in the pre-school education profession in Guangdong Province have made a great contribution to the reform of the talent training mode in the higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province. It is also of certain reference value to improve the quality of professional ability training of preschool education specialty. The research achievements and shortcomings in vocational ability training and kindergarten teachers' professional competence standards at home and abroad are studied in Guangdong Province. The first step of vocational ability training for students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges. Comprehensive use of literature analysis. Questionnaire survey. The investigation of the demand of pre-school education talents in Guangdong Province and the present situation of professional ability training of pre-school education in Guangdong vocational education are carried out by means of statistical analysis and other research methods. It is an analysis of the existing vocational ability training of pre-school education in Guangdong. The main realistic basis of the problem. The survey results show. Although the goal orientation of pre-school education in Guangdong vocational education is basically in line with the development needs of the industry, the effect of specific curriculum design and teaching implementation is not good, and the pre-set vocational ability training goal has not been achieved. In the future, the development of preschool education in Guangdong Province will have a greater demand for kindergarten teachers. Professional emotion and attitude are the most important requirements for kindergarten teachers' professional ability, followed by professional knowledge and professional skills. The current professional ability training level of pre-school major in Guangdong Province has not yet met the expectations of the industry. Therefore, Guangdong vocational colleges must improve the professional curriculum as soon as possible to implement the vocational ability needs of the industry. Qualification test guidance does not improve the actual vocational ability of students, students' interest in learning is not conducive to the development of vocational ability. In order to improve the professional ability of pre-school students in higher vocational education, according to the development of pre-school education in Guangdong Province, the professional ability of kindergarten teachers is required. Combined with the current professional standards for kindergarten teachers (try out), the professional competence framework of pre-school education in Guangdong can be constructed into three modules. Eight items and a large number of specific vocational ability elements of the organic whole, and the construction of preschool education major in the field of learning curriculum system. Improving the evaluation mode of vocational ability development level and stimulating the professional learning motivation of vocational college students are three ways to help pre-school education students to acquire this professional ability framework. The specific measures are as follows: based on the work task, the campus cooperation as the platform, and the five elements as the indicators, the organization, implementation and evaluation of pre-school vocational education major in the field of learning curriculum; The evaluation method of professional ability development level is the combination of practical examination and theoretical examination, school assessment and industry evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation. Through cultivating students' professional identity, creating a professional learning atmosphere and exploring students' interest in learning, we can stimulate students' professional learning motivation.
