【摘要】：學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果評價(jià)是高校教育效果評估和教學(xué)質(zhì)量保障體系的重要組成部分,設(shè)計(jì)與學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果評價(jià)相匹配的教學(xué)適應(yīng)機(jī)制是促進(jìn)教學(xué)改革,改進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成效的重要管理手段。筆者在科學(xué)界定學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果評價(jià)內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,分析我國高職學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果評價(jià)實(shí)踐,提出專業(yè)與課程評價(jià)、質(zhì)量動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、評價(jià)隊(duì)伍、學(xué)習(xí)文化等方面的教學(xué)改進(jìn)策略。這將有助于保障高職學(xué)校教學(xué)評價(jià)制度的穩(wěn)定性和教學(xué)適應(yīng)機(jī)制的有效性,同時(shí)有助于改進(jìn)教學(xué)實(shí)踐,切實(shí)促進(jìn)學(xué)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of learning results is an important part of the evaluation system of educational effect and teaching quality in colleges and universities. The design of teaching adaptation mechanism matched with the evaluation of learning results is an important management means to promote teaching reform and improve students' learning effectiveness. On the basis of scientifically defining the connotation of the evaluation of learning results, the author analyzes the practice of evaluating the learning results of higher vocational students in China, and puts forward teaching improvement strategies in the aspects of specialty and curriculum evaluation, quality dynamic monitoring system, evaluation team, learning culture, and so on. This will help to ensure the stability of the teaching evaluation system and the effectiveness of the teaching adaptation mechanism in higher vocational schools, at the same time, it will help to improve teaching practice and promote the development of students.
